Southern California Movement Disorder Specialists fellowship trained movement disorder neurologist provides comprehensive treatment of Movement Disorders at the highest quality and standard of care. These disorders include Parkinson’s Disease, Essential Tremor, Primary and Secondary Dystonia, Cervical Dystonia, Huntington’s Chorea, Spasticity, Wilson’s Disease and other Movement Disorders.

We also provide treatment for Spasticity (Botox and intrathecal baclofen pumps) related to traumatic brain and spinal cord injury, Multiple Sclerosis, post-​stroke, cerebral palsy and other origins. Botox injections for migraine (including nerve blocks), Blepharospasm, Hemifacial Spasm, Focal Dystonia (ex. foot Dystonia and cervical Dystonia), Pre-​Screening and Intraoperative Monitoring for Deep Brain Stimulation, Programming of Deep Brain Stimulators. EMG guided Botox is available.

History

Established in 2007.

Dr. Lisk is board certified neurologist with a fellowship in movement disorders, which consists of the treatment of Tremor Disorders such as, Parkinson’s Disease. He is also an expert in Cervical Dystonia, Huntington’s Chorea, programming and intraoperative monitoring for Deep Brain Stimulator Surgery, the management of Baclofen pumps and Botox administration. He is the only fellowship trained movement disorder specialist in Pasadena and only one of two in the San Gabriel Valley.

Dr. Lisk has been on the board of directors of the American Heart Association African-​American Task Force for the Western States, Alzheimer’s Association Board Member Southwest Missouri Chapter, on KTLA Channel 5, 102.3FM KJLH, LA Talk Radio «The Mother Love Show», 980AM KFWB, a Host for ReachMD (XM Satellite Radio), Pasadena Public TV (Arroyo Channel 32) and received the 2010 NAACP Man of Valor Award.
