Business Owner
Edward Barton, MD is a board certified and fellowship trained Neurologist and Neurophysiologist, focusing on all aspects of peripheral neurology, including neuro-orthopedics, neuropathies, neuromuscular disease, as well as seizure disorders, and epilepsy. He is dual-boarded in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCSD, with bachelor degrees in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience. He was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest, «by invitation only» honor society founded in 1776, as well as the well-known Golden Key Honors Society. He attended UCLA School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Neurology at UCLA, followed by a fellowship at CEDARS-SINAI, specializing in Clinical Neurophysiology and Intraoperative Monitoring as well as at UCLA training in EMG and neuromuscular disease. He brings with him an enthusiasm and drive for patient care, but also a highly-skilled academic and clinical background.
