Garrett Chan truly is an amazing agent who really cares about helping his clients! Not only is he truly knowledgeable, but if there is a question that he cannot answer, he always seeks out the appropriate answer. Garrett helped me purchase this replacement property as well as helped me sell my previous home. He was able to help me get the best photography, the nicest flyers, and even had aerial, twilight, and daytime photography and video all put up on a special property website! He proves himself to be a great listing agent as well as buyers agent!
Garrett showed me over 30 homes and then after I narrowed down the list, scheduled a second showing for my husband and I, to match my husband’s busy schedule. He found us an efficient, trustworthy lender, an interior designer of high caliber, and an experienced contractor to do the work for us. The transaction was smooth and easy, as he coordinated with escrow and lender for us, even tracking me down around town with documents to sign.

Garrett Chan helped us sell our home and did an amazing job! After his initial property visit, he ordered a cleaning crew to get the place sparkling and ready for the photographers. After the photographs came out, he showed us the property flyer and we were stunned with the custom flyer that was designed, making our property look better than we remembered it! All of this, he did for free!
Garrett is a hardworking, expert negotiator with the buyer and buyers’ agent, and even helped us navigate the requirements to sell from City Hall — helping us find people to fulfill the requirements from the city and meeting us there to talk with city planners. I knew the moment I talked to Garrett on the phone that he’s the one. He’s my third and best realtor. :) And I opened escrow with him after only two offers. As first time home buyer, we knew nothing to begin with. Despite our low budget, Garrett always answered all the questions we had with patience and in timely fashion. In fact, I don’t remember how many times Garrett replied my late night emails that were full of random questions within a few minutes just so I could go to bed peacefully.
The thing about him I like the most is he really listens to his clients. Unlike other agents who tend to push the sell, Garrett makes sure I find the home I really love. He would also advise on remodeling with his expertise on interior design. This is very helpful because I would get better idea on how much work and money I need to spend on home improvements after buying the house.
