Do not use them. Worst job ever and did not finish. Totallly unreliable!!!

I would actually have given zero stars if that was an option but since it’s not I decided on one star. I contacted this company after buying a package on Canedo deals. My first indication that the company was going to be a problem I had placed at least 6 calls to them before after I ever got a live person on the phone. When I finally caught someone one he phone the owner said he was having breakfast (at 8am) and would call me back. No luck. No call back! I tried for a number of months to book the window cleaning and eventually confirmed a cleaning for this morning between 9 – 10. No show. No call. I called his number and the recording simply said that there was no room on the machine for any massages. Run don’t walk from this company. Very unreliable and very unprofessional.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is a FRAUD. Do not buy this deal on Groupon or amazon local!
I wish I read all the negative reviews before I purchased a Groupon. I made an appointment five weeks in advance in preparation for a family reunion at our home. I called a week before the scheduled appointment to confirm and that’s when the run around started. The owner, Albert, wasn’t sure he would be in town. Said he would call back. Never did. Then I called again and he said he wasn’t near his computer and would call back. Never did. This happened about four more times. Then he promised he would be at our home today. Never showed up and when I called, he hung up on me. This is just completely unprofessional and makes me question whether or not this business even exists. Save your money on Groupon or whatever place they are advertising!

I am another victim of Lickity Split Windows. I have been fortunate in that I have managed to schedule the appointments with them, unfortunately they only showed up once, but were to late to actually do the Windows. So we said we would reschedule, which last week I did, they were supposed to come this morning and when they didn’t show I called and the cal was answered, however I was told they thought it was for noon not 9. I said I was ok with noon as long as they were coming they asserted me they were. However again no-​one showed. I called again, no answer. Very unprofessional. The high reviewers are months old and I suspect either family and friends created the reviews our this was when they first started the business and they were on to of things. Either way the service leaves a lot to be desired now.

Someone else said she wished she could give ZERO STARS! Me too! Purchased a coupon through Simi Deals and tried for weeks to call and schedule an appointment for service, but the company would never answer their phone. Two phone numbers… neither accepting calls or messages. Maybe they really meant to follow through and just over sold. Who knows? Too bad because now they have so many unhappy customers that word is going to get around.
On the upside, however, the customer service received by SIMI DEALS WAS AMAZING! My refund was on it’s way hours after I requested it via email. I guess they have had a lot of problems with Lickety-​Split.

What a joke. A complete waste of time. I would give them a zero star rating if it were possible
By the way window dopes, If you are going to have your friends write good reviews, at least make sure they can spell.

I have been trying to reach this company for over a month to schedule an appointment to use my coupon. Their number does not accept phone calls. I see they have one good review but that must be someone they know. Too bad because they probably had a great opportunity to build their business. Glad I was able to get a refund.
Do not order a coupon for this company or try using them. It’s a waste of time and money.

Stay Away from Lickety Split! After purchasing service through Simi Deals they never returned my phone messages to set an appointment. It’s really a shame because Conejo and Simi Deals is a reputable business who strives to procure original, creative and always money saving deals. I have bought so many of their offerings and this is the first disappointment. Shame on Lickety Split!

Run don’t walk away. They oversold coupons and conejo/​simi deals in areas 30 miles away from their shop, and now are totally unable to perform to keep up with their commitments. Scam artists.

carefully screens all merchants prior to running them on our site and Lickety-​Split was no exception. The owner, Albert Sanchez, met with our staff prior to running the deal and assured us that he would offer exceptional customer service to our members. After we ran the deal, he did service the first few who called to make appointments. However, since then, he has failed to service any of our customers who purchased certificates. Even worse, he has wasted the time of several of our members by scheduling appointments and then never showing up. It has been weeks since he has returned any of our calls and of course he has already been paid by us. We have given literally dozens of refunds to our members as a result of Albert’s conduct.
But, that is not the end of the story. AFTER Albert refused to respond to us and our customers, he THEN went on to run a deal on Groupon (which, amazingly, is still available) and another on Unilocal.At the moment, the first review showing on Unilocal is a positive one; if you scroll down you will see a bunch of one star reviews. (You can draw your own conclusions from that.)
In the unlikely event that you are able to get through to this vendor, please do not fall for his numerous stories – truck broke down, family member in the hospital, etc.
In our opinion, the TRUTH is this vendor is unethical.

Do not deal with this company you will regret it. Their customer service is pathetic. If you call their phone number they refer you to another number. Then they tell you that number is not being used… These folks are amatures… Go some place esle.

I had a 9am appointment today. Looks like I am another victim. No show after buying a Conejo Deal.
I contacted Lickety Split Windows to schedule my window cleaning. They scheduled me out 2 months, which was today at 9am. Of course they did not show up and did not bother to call and cancel. I called them and company phone number has been disconnected.
Conejo Deals is refundIing my money. DO NOT USE THEM!

Bought a Amazon Local deal. It gives two phone numbers to contact to make an appointment. Both numbers don’t allow you to leave a message and mailbox says full. I don’ know… I’m calling to get a refund.

Wish I could give zero stars. Made appointment and they never showed up or called. When I called them and finally got in touch with someone they said their car was towed so they couldn’t make it. We rescheduled and they missed second appointment. I’ve been trying to call to see what happened but they haven’t responded.

Save yourself the headache and call someone else. They’ve had countless «no-​show,» won’t return phone calls, and are consistently flaky, all excuses and no actual work.

Very skeptical about the company.
Purchased a discount coupon for window cleaning service. I called and made appt, but the company never kept the appointment. When I called them the business voice mail message was full (could not leave message) and the second number could not be connected or leave a message. I finally canceled my voucher for a refund.

We were so excited to get a discount coupon offer for Lickety Split Windows. Our windows so desperatly needed their care. It was a struggled to make an appointment. It was very difficult to get a person to answer the phone and the two phone numbers I had for them does not allow you to leave messages. The best appointment I could do was two months out and no weekends were available, forcing me to take time off work.
I tried all week long to call and confirm todays appt. Again no answer and the voice mail sysytem does NOT allow you to leave a message. Today at 1PM was my appt. At 1:45 I called the first number. No answer, no message. I called the second number, no answer no message. I called it immediately again and someone answred. They immediatly said they could not talk they were driving. I said, «I hope you are driving to m y house» They said they would call back in 30 minutes. Never showed up. Never called. Sent a text, not even sure if it is a cell phone or not, and told them not to bother anymore. Seems I had the same experience as Rhonda D.
I trust that there window cleaning services are excellent and I really hope that they would have showed up to do it or at least allow me the curtiousy to call me. They have no consideration for other peoples time.
I wish this was different. I always try and support small businesses…

So happy that I found Lickety Split window cleaners.
My windows were duty and had water marks from the rain from so may previous years.
Ive never had my windows professionally cleaned so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Let me just say WOW!!!
The crew started on the outside windows and scenes while I left to pick up my kids. Then they did the inside windows and tracks too. I was amazed to see that what my cleaning lady and I could not get looking clean, they did!
My windows look new again.
I will defiantly recommend and use them again in six months.

I had an appointment for 9:00 am Sunday morning. By 9:20 I call and left message wondering if they were running late. No return call .I called back at 9:45 and left another message saying that it was very unprofessional that I have not heard back, Albert the owner call back then and said he would be over in two hours. We have furniture pulled away from windows and also cleaned the tracks. By 2;00 still no show or call. I called back again and then after the second called again he called back and said something came up and he can’t do them today. I own a business myself and that is not how you run a business!

Hard workers, very respectful of me and my time, honest and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for window cleaning!
