Our mission is to illuminate our community and to ensure our client’s satisfaction. Since this was initially started as a family owned and operated business, our motto is «we treat it, like it was our own», your happiness is a reflection of a service well provided. We specialize in commercial and residential maintenance. Our eco-​friendly services include, but are not limited to, LED lighting retrofits, awning cleaning and awning maintenance, chimney cleaning and gas log remote control conversion, solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, screen cleaning and screen replacement, pressure washing, hard water stain removal, and gutter cleaning,

History

Established in 1967.

Bright On’s affiliated companies originally began operations in 1967 in Sacramento, CA. The company has since relocated to Los Angeles and is currently owned and operated by Ron Vesci and Marci Rosen, with several Artisan Contractors that are professionally trained in Bright On practices and modalities.

Ron and Marci have now joined forces to create the ultimate Grime Fighting team called the Grime Fighters. They have been successful in fighting grimes against humanity and significantly lowering the grime rate in the community.

Ron came out and did an estimate of the work needed on this 1930’s Santa Monica home that was being renovated to be rented out. He determined the fireplace had probably never been used but did need to be brought up to code with a cap over the chimney. The solar panels were extremely dirty due to the construction of a mini-​mansion about 6 feet from our house. All windows were very dirty from all the work on the inside and outside of the house. His quote was very fair. We scheduled a day for all the work to be done. Ron was already hard at work on the outside of the house when I got there. He is a hard worker and did a wonderful job. The windows were extremely clean!!! I will forward his card to all my friends in the Santa Monica area.

Ron was absolutely great to work with. I had just moved to a new apartment in Santa Monica where landlords are notorious for under-​maintaining their properties because people will still come in and pay the rent, regardless. I live on the second story of a small complex and I swear the windows hadn’t been washed since they were put in. Ron came in with an honest quote on a Monday and was able to fit me in the following morning (super flexible). He came on time and was out in a couple of hours. He was super personable, positive and CLEAN. I’ve paid for a lot of things with this move and this is one of the things I can truly say was worth every penny. I look forward to setting up more of a regular schedule with him 2−3x a year to keep my windows look fresh as hell!

My wife and I hired Bright On in the past to clean all the glass windows and doors in our house. They did an incredible job. Ron is a very hard worker and really put his energy into his work. At the end, the windows looked amazing. Our house was within 1 mile of the beach so the windows would get dirty easily. We hired Bright On 3 times and were very pleased each time. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Bright On. Ron is honest and punctual and friendly. He quoted me the best price of the five companies I called (2 of the companies didn’t even call back even though I left multiple messages). Ron was easy to reach and available for questions.
