Ted and Monisha were quick professional and thorough. Courtesy goes a long way and they were shining in their demeanor I would definitely recommend this store

This location was once owned by 2 owners but they bumped heads and split. Paul gedwill received full ownership and in a few years has run the stores into the ground. He is very cheap and it shows. The store is disgusting and smells. The lounge is beat to crap and disgusting to sit on. The chairs really stuck out because how destroyed they were. The wait time for a simple oil change is really long because they only have two guys usually. The workers make 8.25 which means they dont give a f about their job. Many people think these workers are mechanics but that is not true. I worked here through highschool and the only training you need is a computer program that takes 15 mins. Most of the workers couldnt read so the manager would make me do the training for other people. Dont trust paul he has been sued many times for his dirty deeds. He also owns the oak forest location and a few others. If its midwest lube centers stay far away. Dealerships are offering lower cost oil changes nowadays anyways.

They did an awesome job. Got in quick. Finished quickly. Guys on staff seemed knowledgable. Price was as expected. Jiffy lube website had a coupon that they honored plus they had a mail in rebate offer.
Pros: they vacuumed the inside of the car, they washed the windows, quick service, no wait, made good recommendations and did not try to upsale me,
Cons: dirty waiting room (expected), not much to do in the waiting room but wait, could not wait in the car like other oil change places

I was heavily overdue for an oil change, so I decided to skip the dealer and go to Jiffy Lube. Normally, I prefer the dealer since they know exactly what’s going on with your vehicle, but the wait is terrible. I was in and out of Jiffy Lube in 15 minutes. I pulled up a little after 6 (they close at 7 on Tuesdays) and was immediately greeted and told to wait inside where there’s fresh coffee. The man who helped was incredibly nice and he checked my car out, then gave me the run down. He didn’t try to pressure me at all into buying anything else, just said an oil change was it. Filled my tires, washed my windows, vacuumed and oil change all in about 5 minutes! I had a great experience, and will definitely be going back.

Unable to get an oil change because Jiffy Lube didn’t have any oil filters. Twice.
I went in the morning to get my oil changed and the young man advised me that they were out of oil filters but that they would get them in the afternoon.
So I went back after work and they said they had got some in but were out again.
For an oil change place to not be able to change your oil. Amazing. So I went to a place on 159^th in Orland. In and out in 6 minutes — a record.
