I highly recommend Jim he is a great mechanic, honest, and thorough. He has been working on my mother’s car and my car which is a Volvo and Mercedes. He does great work! His wife is also a joy to work with in the office. 2 thumbs up!

Highline Automotive is five stars! I would recommend EVERYONE to Jim at Highline Automotive. Jim and his wife are wonderful people. My mom and brother have brought their cars into Jim for him to repair and have had nothing but great things to say! My car started making some terrible noise, and was even worse two days later. I called Jim at Highline Automotive and he said he would take a look at it right away and let me know if it was safe to drive and what needed to be done in order for me to get to work right after. I was welcomed into the shop by Jim’s wife, she is so sweet! I knew I was in good hands when I met both her and Jim. Jim took my car for a test drive, found out the problem and sent me on my way!!! I felt so lucky to make it into the shop safely and felt even better leaving, knowing I finally can rely on Jim at Highline Automotive to make sure my car is safe! Thank you SO much!!!

Seriously everyone, please believe me when I say Jim is trustworthy, helpful & honest. Him and his wife run a great business and knows exactly what he is doing with cars. You will not be disappointed in his services, I can promise you that! He has helped my family and other friends of mine in a pinch, no appointment and it resulted in a great, safe product. After going to an endless number of mechanics I can honestly say, «I will go no where else!» We found Darrel & Dave after a series of unfortunate events being lied to, ripped off, and just other facilities trying to take advantage of our unfortunate situation or simple car maintenance need.
Our family fleet consists of a Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Audi, & a BMW. D&D have taken care of and been the primary physician for all of them. From radiators, coolant leaks, struts, new car check up and look overs for the fleet our needs have been high for a good mechanic. They are honest, fair, and don’t disappoint in customer service and car care. Anytime I hear a noise I don’t reconize Darrel is my troubleshooting call.
Being able to be shown what is going wrong and explained in amateur terms is really helpfully too. They will show you what is going on and make sure you are on board for your needs and their suggestions. Also, what can wait. All in all it is nice to know I can call Darrel and Dave and know that I won’t be taken advantage of.
I recommend Highline to all my friends and people in need. & now I’ll recommend them to you!
