Jeri and her team are just fantastic! Whenever I have a question or need help they are eager to assist.
I recently got all my tires slashed and called Jeri’s office. Chris helped me file a claim and was honestly concerned about me. It was good to hear a comforting voice on the phone to assure me that everything would be taken care of. It’s this type of service that makes me want to have more than just car insurance with State Farm.
I would recommend Jeri, Chris and the rest of the team to anyone who is looking for personalized and excellent service.

Jeri and her team are very friendly, and have helped me through moves, vehicle changes, and changing life circumstances. They’ve helped me pick the coverage I actually need, saved me money on redundant items, and they always explain why I might or might not need something. I can’t imagine anything more I’d want from an insurance agent.

I have had such a good experience with buying insurance through Jeri Fink’s office for the past 5+ years. I am about to move to a new address, and Alicia made the transition incredibly painless. She changed my rental and car insurance in one phone call and emailed me the new information within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Jeri has been my State Farm agent now for several years and I’ve never had such an easier time working with an insurance agent. Unfortunately when I sing that State Farm jingle she doesn’t actually appear but the work Jeri and her team does is pretty close to performing insurance magic. I know corny but what can I say. Great Job Jeri and team!!!

I have known Daisey many years but it was not until couple years ago that i asked her to look over my coverage from another provider as my policies were time to renew. Daisey took time to give me a detailed review but made some suggestions that made more sense. I appreciated her educational approach to making an informed decision about my coverage for all my cars and my home. She made every thing extremely easy to sign up.
PS: State Farm is a great insurance company, but its even greater to have an agent like Daisey.

Let me give a bit of history before I explain why Jeri and her staff ROCK! First, I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. I have never had bad service or issues with State Farm as a whole. In fact in those 20 years I had the same Agent. Her office and staff was AMAZING and I felt super informed and secure with them. I recently accepted a job in Palo Alto and was nervous about leaving my former agent behind, but I knew I would stay with State Farm. I googled and Unilocaled all State Farm Agents in Palo Alto and Jeri seemed to be the perfect fit for me. I had a hard time reaching her office at first, but as soon as I left a message my call was returned within 15 minutes. Jeri herself called me back and soon we were discussing my fears and expectations with my new job, new state of living and my insurance. She was extremely personable, easy to talk to, and an attentive listener. She made sure to let me know that her office and staff would educate me about my insurance choices and anything else. In fact, here is what makes Jeri Fink and her staff so AMAZING: They go over and above there job as insurance agents! I was telling Jeri how I was renting a place sight unseen due to being out of the state. Jeri offered to go over and take pics for me. Not only did she follow through but she took videos and even talked with the neighbors. She made me feel very welcomed and safe and her personal time spent doing that speaks volumes about her ethics, integrity and professionalism, let alone her personal character. In addition: Alecia from her office, raised my insurance coverage while saving me money $$! JERI FINK AND STAFF AT STATE FARM ARE AWESOME!

My previous insurance company (not D surance but…) refused to cover my cayenne turbo, major bummer right? Well, my first call was to the office of Jeri Fink as luck would have it, and on the other end of the line was Alicia Bennet, and she is just flat out amazing. I had my cars and apartment covered and in place over a phone call in my car and there is nothing that will move me away from working with her. I just wish there were 6 stars here.

We have numerous cars and their underwriting dept is always behind. I keep getting bills for the wrong $ amount. When I call Daisy and Chris to straighten it out they just blame underwriting. Now my husband went on vacation and was involved in an incident (he was not at fault) and they have started a claim against a vehicle we own that was not even on the vacation. It was parked at home in our driveway. Can it be any WORSE than this???

Today I had the pleasure to spend 1.5 hours with Jeri reviewing my insurance program. I’m a very humble customer. But Jeri always takes time with each client. She gives personal attention to each client regardless of how small and how large they are.
Jeri has been my insurance agent for 15 years. She has an incredible knowledge of the insurance industry. She is honest to a fault and has what one would call «integrity with a capital I.» Jeri does not seek to maximize her commissions with each client. Rather she carefully studies each client and recommends insurance products and solutions that are best for the client given his or her circumstances. When an actual claim comes up, Jeri is right there at your side working for a fair solution and the best compensation for the client.
My wife Elena and I have been very lucky to have Jeri as our guide through the insurance industry for all of these years.

This office does not appear to respond to customer inquiries by email, contrary to what was said when I became a customer in January. I’ve received no answer in the last 12 days, trying the email address of my account representative, and the address I have for Jeri Fink, and the email form on the branch’s Web site.
When paying for a full-​service policy like what I have, I would hope for better response than this. I do not wish to handle issues like the present one by phone, because it is disruptive of my work schedule and leaves no record of what is communicated; also, I need to point to materials online, which can’t be done by phone.

I don’t recommend wrecking your car, but if you do, I recommend wrecking it with State Farm.
I’ve been a State Farm customer ever since I moved to California like 12 years ago, largely because they gave me the best rates by a pretty good margin (thanks Progressive for telling me so!). But I’ve always thought of car insurance as a potential nightmare when it comes to a claim. It strikes me, as it were, as something with as much potential for customer abuse as a mail in rebate: you’ve already given us your money, maybe we’ll take our sweet time paying or not when you have a claim.
Mine claim went really well. I got into a (fortunately injury free) accident which was also fortunately during business hours for State Farm, a nearby body shop, and a nearby car rental place. Highlights:
— I spoke with my local agent’s office, and they guided me through all the info they needed for me and the other driver. They just took it all over the phone, and explained we need not call the police for the kind of accident we had.
— They also recommended a few repair shops they’d worked with before (all had great Unilocal reviews, mind you) that guaranteed the work and a completion date.
— They explained how to avoid paying anything out of pocket for a rental car, and named a few businesses nearby that they’d worked with before — and that had special rates for State Farm customers. And I mean REALLY special — as in only $ 21 per day which matters a lot when you’re paying 20% out of pocket.
— In a matter of only about 2 hours, I had my (driveable) car at a body shop nearby, a free ride to a Hertz local edition location nearby (from Hertz themselves), a heavily discounted rental car, and no out of pocket payments until the rental and repair were completed.
— The other driver was given a claim number so he could work directly with State Farm for reimbursement.
— State Farm also sent me the required paperwork from the DMV to report the accident — paperwork I never would have thought of filing without them
— The repair was completed (beautifully!) on time, the rental car company only billed me for the 20% deductible (and billed State Farm directly against my claim number for their 80%), and I even received a follow up letter (and greeting card!) from Jeri Fink asking if my claim was handled OK.
So, again, I recommend skipping car accidents if you can, but if you’re going to go ahead and half total your car, State Farm is the way to go.

I’ve been with Jeri Fink for over 15 years for home, auto and personal liability insurance. Her office has always been responsive to our inquiries and needs. We grill her pretty hard with respect to discounts and whether we are getting the most for our money, and feel like we get answers that help us keep on top of that.
She also schedules reviews every few years to ensure that we are considering all our needs, and how the policies may have changed. It is good as it pushes us to do an evaluation that may not happen otherwise.
The only caveat I’d have, and it’s not a big one, is that State Farm has moved into several different lines of business over the years (life insurance, banking, credit cards, etc.), and the requisite promotion of those lines comes along with the engagement.

Jeri Fink’s State Farm Insurance office has been outstanding to work with. I’ve recently decided to change insurance companies from my prior provider and did my due diligence researching the best option. I had it narrowed down to three. Once I spoke with Cynthia in Jeri Fink’s office the decision became much easier. And I am happy, now, to be their client.
The service has been exceptional. I’ve always been able to speak to a «live» person and most often reach Cynthia directly every time I’ve called. Any return calls have been very timely. Cynthia worked with me patiently and in detail to come up with coverage that met my needs without trying to sell me something above and beyond that. She has followed up with me consistently along the way to make sure that expectations are being met. Moreover, all of my exchanges have been pleasant; I’ve been fully attended to.
I’m extremely pleased and look forward to an ongoing relationship with Jeri Fink’s office at this level.

Jeri Fink’s office is the best State Farm office in the area for SERVICE. Trust me, I have tried them all. For example, Christopher Lee, who supports you once you are Jeri’s client, got my car reinsured the afternoon before a holiday weekend and immediately emailed me all of the paperwork I needed to demonstrate proof of insurnace with DMV. They consistently exceed my expectations and have never made an error with any our multiple policies with them. If you are a State Farm customer, live in the area and are not being serviced by this office, you are missing out.

Jeri is a fabulous listner. She sold me only what i needed and not more. Her service is uncomparable to my last insurance provider. I feel spoiled and i still have money in my bank account.

I switched to State Farm a couple of years ago after many years with CSAA. We have home, auto and umbrella policies.
The service is outstanding! I’ve been working with Kelly. She is a real pro and a pleasure to work with! It’s wonderful to have someone pick up the phone immediately, explain options in detail, and send me emails with quotes.
You won’t find a better insurance agency!

We’ve been Jeri Fink customers for about 20 years. Her agency is very customer-​service oriented and professional. Even though we’ve now moved from Palo Alto to San Jose, we are Jeri Fink clients… and will remain so.
