History

Established in 1980.

Denis Morrissey has been selling real estate in the Bay Area for over twenty years. With over $ 250 million in real estate transactions, Denis has represented both Buyers and Sellers in the purchase and sale of many premier properties on the mid-​peninsula.

Denis joined Cornish & Carey, (now Coldwell Banker) in 1985 as a Sales Associate. In 1998, he founded R&M Development, building more than fifty custom homes in the Palo Alto and Menlo-​Atherton area.

With his vast knowledge of residential building, Denis offers his clients a special insight in all aspects of purchasing and selling a home. As a Palo Alto native, Denis has a vast knowledge of the local real estate market and an extensive list of networking contacts.
