This is my to go place for Thai. This restaurant and the one on 10th street west. They have quick service and they have lunch specials during the week for $ 5.99 with many good special choices such as cashew chicken, Sweet n sour chicken, and Perode, You get an eggroll and a cup of soup with the special. I have never had a bad meal here. Some of my favorite things to order are the Eggrolls, Chicken Satay, Cashew chicken, Perode, Spicy Eggplant, Pad Thai, Pad see ew. The Heaven Beef is also amazing. I have been coming here for 11 years. The service is good.

First let me start off at I like this place a lot. I have never had a bad experience until today. I was with a co worker on lunch and we wanted to sit at the table and we were denied. She said we had to sit at a booth. The waitress had a very attitude. I will never dine in there again. But the food was great like always!

Occasional visitor due to close proximity to my place. Typical hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant: small in size, friendly workers, very casual ambience. And as with many other such restaurants, the food is average-good to very good. I usually get the combination pad Thai and I like it; the peanut sauce isn’t overwhelming to the point where you can’t taste the other ingredients like at other restaurants I’ve tried. The same goes for their chicken panang. Very good food and service with a smile. Have visited/will continue to visit often.

Based on my lunch visit, not the greatest Thai food, but not bad. Pros: Cheap. $ 5.99 for a lunch special wasn’t too bad. Pretty quick if you’re in a hurry. It’s almost like they have all the plates pre-made and are just waiting for someone to show up. Tasty. Pretty decent curry. Cons: At least for me, service was pretty bad. I almost felt like I was bothering the waitstaff. Don’t have the beef. Felt to me like they got the cheapest possible cut of meat to make the dish. Thai iced tea was way too sweet. Personally, I feel there are better places in the AV to get Thai food. But if you’re in a hurry and in the area, it’s not bad.

Closed Monday’s! Staff is super friendly! Make sure to get the lunch special! It’s a deal!(No soup for take out though) The dishes are for groups unless you’re famished and can eat all of one item! But this place is def for«sharing means caring» type of meal when its not the lunch special.

In my opinion, if you get poisoned these days from a restaurant, they gatta be doing something, somewhere, pretty seriously wrong. Food Poisoning is overall pretty hard to get in the US, what with the all the restrictions and rules dealing with procedures and safety for restaurants. I worked in the industry briefly, so I’ve been acquainted… and you could go blind reading about it! It’s like a Labyrinth.(but without the pretty Jennifer Connelly character to banter with) Therefore, we will NOT be eating here again!

Delicious! The glass noodles are so tasty and the texture is on point. Very good size portions, nothing small and not too big. Their egg rolls are my favorite. Next time I will try take out because the place is a little small.

The food is good but when I went in to pick up a order they charged me for some hot sauce. Why should I have to pay for hot sauce and people that are eating in there get it free. I’m a paying customer just like the people eating in there, I just don’t have time to sit and eat there!!!

OMG, had take out dinner here tonight which was definitely a treat for an early Mother’s Day Celebration for my Sister & Niece. The Spicy Potak Seafood soup, Shrimp Tempura, Fried Pork w/Pepper Garlic & Shrimp fried rice as well as the Garlic Chicken w/mint was Prepared Excellent«Delicious with a capital D!» Also, the service was the Best; I Love the lady who took the phone order, she is very pleasant & had no trouble repeating our order to make sure everything was correct. I even wanted the food really Hot so that by the time we reached our destination, it would not be warm or cold. When we arrived, she had our take out order ready to go just as she had timed it would be. It was sealed well w/taped lids & double bagged. And, I could tell just by feeling the outside of the bags that the food was Very Hot which I liked. I was very impressed

This place had great reviews so We came in to try the food looking for a great experience. boy was i wrong. I’ve never been treated like this from any waitress in my life. Let me start by saying the waitress had the worst attitude ever. She rushed us with our order. Making faces at us and getting impatient. I noticed because of her body language and that attitude of hers. The food took 20 minutes to come out. Even though we were the only customers. How frustrating to come in after work to have a nice meal. The plate we ordered with chicken tasted sour almost if it had went bad? Waitress was no where to be found. Not through the hole time we were there. We ended up eating just the noodles we ordered. Not once did the waitress asked us if the meal was good or not. She did not pick up our plates nor gave us refills. We decided to leave because we felt so uncomfortable and disrespected! As soon as i got to the cashier there she shows up quick and did not say on word. So rude!!! I will NEVER come to this place ever again. Come here if you want to get disrespected. I cannot believe she treats her customers Like this. I’m glad everybody else had a great experience. I would not recommend this place. I’d rather go next door where they treat thier customers better!!!

First time here. Food was delicious. One problem they serve very little. They are very stingy with their shrimp. Ordered sweet & sour shrimp and only got 5 shrimps with lots of vegetables for 8.95. Like really? Ordered shrimp chow mein and got more vegetables than noddles and 3 shrimp. Don’t think I’ll be ordering anything with shrimp again. Other than food has good flavor. Giving them 2 stars for being stingy.

Was extremely happy that they had vegetarian and vegan options to most if not all of their menu items. I ordered the phat thai with tofu, the yellow curry with tofu, some white rice, and thai iced tea. Everything was delicious. I will be one of their regulars. =) The service was great. She saw me come in with my toddler and immediately brought me a high chair. She also brought my toddler a child plate with a none slip bottom and a plastic fork. And she knew I would ask for a small water with no ice for my toddler before I even asked for it. This is great. I love how child friendly they are. Very yummy. Very happy. Will eat there again.

This place is great! The food comes very quickly and the service is excellent. The food is also delicious; the panang chicken has just the right amount of flavor. I would recommend this restaurant to palmdalians who have a craving for Thai food. I gave it 5 stars to make up for the other person who gave it 1.

Nice people good service, but when you’ve tried some of the tastiest Thai food spots this place doesn’t have a chance. They tried, freshly made. The soup looked alright but I wasn’t happy with anything I ordered. Well it’s in the middle of nowhere, so this would probably be the best…

Yesterday I had a craving for Thai food, I checked Unilocal and found that Nopgow Thai Chinese Restaurant was less than 4 miles from my house and decided to give it a try. Typical of many Thai restaurants in size but a little more well decorated than most unless you are going somewhere more upscale and more expensive. The interior was bright and clean with seating for 38 people with four 4 person booths along each wall and three 2 person tables down the center. I was greeted upon entry and was told I could sit wherever I desired. I was brought a menu and was asked if I would like something to drink, I ordered a Thai Tea. As I waited for my tea I went over the menu, there is a whole page of Lunch Specials for only $ 5.99. There are eleven main dishes to choose from and all include Egg Roll, Chop Suey Soup, Fried Rice, and Chow Mein. I picked Fried Pork with Pepper Garlic as my main dish. The fried pork comes with a side of Vinegar Garlic Sauce. After a very short wait the Chop Suey Soup was brought to my table, the ingredients tasted fresh and the soup was light and flavorful. Soon the Egg Roll was dropped off, warm and crisp! Just as I finished the last of the Egg Roll the main dish was brought to the table. They do not skimp on the food here(I will post photos of everything). The plate contained the main dish, fried rice, and chow mein. The Fried Pork was delicious, not overly fried, it was crispy but still maintained a degree of tenderness, for me it was just right. A small dip of the pork into the Vinegar Garlic Sauce really added to the flavor. Both the rice and chow mein were very good. If you are looking for a good and inexpensive Thai meal I don’t think you can go wrong giving Nopgow Thai Chinese Restaurant a try!
