Very friendly staff, but highly overpriced. Also, did not offer the check’in discount listed. I would not return. Definitely sticking to kings Beauty Supply in Lancaster for my ethnic beauty supply needs.

Came in looking for a particular wig, but found a really nice I liked instead. Associates were very nice and helpful. Nice selection of wigs and hair products!

Although this beauty supply has a lot of great products to offer the customer service here is terrible. I came in with my mother to find a curl moisturizer to tame my curls and also some nylon weaving thread. He store owners followed us around the store the entire time like criminals. I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. Finally I told the man «we are fine we are just looking» and he preceded to follow. Thy will never get our business again. Additionally they have a grand opening store in below their name. Don’t be fooled. They’ve been open for over a year. If I could give this place no stars I would. Do not go there to be harassed & prejudiced because of your skin color, when your very own culture is the people keeping their doors open for business.

Had a dentist appointment next door and stumbled into IC beauty supply store. I was approached by a sweet lady who wasn’t pushing any products on me but was informative and knowledgable. As a Mexican girl who loves hair the lady didn’t look at me crazy like other shops. Got myself some hair and on top of that NYX products are are available and found a few colors that are sold out at Ulta because of course people don’t know there’s NYX there. Will be returning.
