The Butler Did It

Look no farther when in need of a caterer! As a cookbook author, I appreciate the attention to detail Bryan uses with both the food presentation and the décor. He creates an experience that begins when you walk in the door. I have attended a private Christmas party, corporate event and funeral reception he catered. Each one was done thoughtfully and tastefully, no pun intended! The food is fresh, flavorful and beautiful. This business deserves 10 stars!

We hosted a corporate event at our home in La Quinta, CA this past weekend. We had130 guests for cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres. From beginning to end it was first class all the way. «The Butler Did It» crew headed up by Alan, were very efficient. The food presentation was something to be proud of. Many of our guests gushed over how tasty everything was. They left my home the same way they found it when they arrived to prepare for our event. Tables and chairs were picked up the next morning, like everything else, fast and efficiently. We will use them again most definitely! I would love to share some photos of the food display but I cannot seem to do so. Thank you Bryan for co-​ordinating and putting the menu together and sending great staff to make it all happen!

The Butler Did It made our 10^th Wedding Anniversary so Awesome.
Many of our guest commented it was the Party Of The Decade.
Our theme was Vintage Hollywood, Bryon source the items needed to make it perfect with great attention to detail, from the excellent staff, exceptional food & drinks and presentation was right on, just what we discussed in our meetings.
Great music 1950’s & 1960’s made it fun to dance. Our Cocktail area designed with bright colors and lights set the party off to a fun evening. Thank You So Much! Leslie & DeAnn

I have been to a few of their catering events and been very amazed as how interesting and delicious their food always is. The staff is always friendly, pleasant and well trained. My best friend recently had a business cocktail Hors d’ oeuvre party at his home and everyone was talking about just how great it was. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely book them for my upcoming Thanksgiving soirée.

Great guys. I was able to attend a few parties catered by the Butler Did It and have been amazed by them every time. The grand opening for BMW of Palm Springs was beautiful and fun. It was well planed and you could see the personal touches in everything. The most recent was at the Palm Springs Air Museum and the staff just made it personable as a guest. I will use them the next time I am in Palm Springs and am in need of catering.

We chose The Butler Did It for our wedding reception. What a great choice it was!!! Bryan, the owner, is very well organized and easy to work with! The food was abundant and delicious! The staff was very friendly and professional! It was a perfect evening! I would recommend them again and again!!!

The Butler Did It just catered my annual corporate event. I am very particular and not easily impressed, but The Butler hit another homerun. My management team and all of our guests had a fantastic time. It was great to be able to entrust all of the moving parts to The Butler. From the flowers and furnishings to the fabulous food and entertainment, these folks allow you to relax and truly enjoy your own party. My wife and I have used Bryan and his team for our corporate and social events for years. Can’t wait for our next event!

The Butler Did It made my wedding perfect beyond words! We rented a house in Montecito on Butterfly Beach, which is where we had our reception. I was VERY particular about exactly how I wanted EVERYTHING! I asked for a large family style table to accommodate our intimate wedding of 20, beachy yet vintage charming, surf and turf, lots of appetizers and a large cake with a very particular hand done design… and let me tell you EVERY SINGLE ASSPECT WAS PERFECT!!! My husband I still discuss to this day, as we’re sitting down to a $ 75 a plate dinner, how our wedding food was the best meal of our lives. On top of the food being delicious the presentation was gorgeous!

*An overflowing table of fresh fruit
*The best assortment of hand past hors d’oeuvres I’ve ever experienced
*No guest had an empty drink the entire reception
The cherry on top of it all was how professional and easy it was to work with the owner, Bryan. I can’t even tell you how many emails, phone calls, pictures. I sent his way… and not once did I feel like I was putting him out or bothering him. I highly recommend this caterer! Never again will I use a caterer that isn’t full service… or that isn’t The Butler Did It for that matter.

Catered a dinner for a group going to the Film Festival. Dinner included: green salad (good), garlic bread (hard and tasteless), sliced roast beef (rare and tough), tiny scoop of mashed potatoes with some sort of white gravy (lumpy potatoes and watery gravy) and to add to the plate, canned peas (need I say more?) desert consisted of a piece of chocolate cake mix cake with one eighth of a sliced strawberry on top. This food was, at best, typical grammar school lunchroom fare. What a disappointment! To be fair, the staff was very nice (they probably did not eat the food nor cook it!) Yuck!
