I was in Palm Springs on vacation when my computer went south on me and wouldn’t connect to the internet. Not knowing anybody, I searched on the internet and called Palm Springs Computer Repair. Devon promptly called me back, met with me and in less than two hours from the time my computer started acting weird everything was fixed. Devon was professional, approachable, understandable, and very fair. I highly recommend the guy.

He is professional, and I LOVE that when he was working on my computer… he also pointed out great tips on how to use Google more efficiently. I learn a ton when ever I am around him

Devon is fantastic. Our laptop was taken over by a virus which wouldn’t allow us to do anything, even in safe mode. He was able to remove the hard drive and clean it without losing any data, all for a very affordable cost. He went above and beyond, setting up our laptop with the software needed to keep it clean and safe. We HIGHLY recommend him!

This guy is amazing. I dropped off my computer at 3pm and got it back at 5pm. He fixed all the issues and showed me how to maintain in it. He also explained to me in a colloquial language and he is very affordable. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. I’m an editor and I need my computer all the time. I highly recommend this guy to everyone.

My boyfriend and I just spoke with Devon. My boyfriend’s computer’s LCD monitor was faulty, and Devon was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the inspection. He told us that it would be best to hook up the laptop to a TV monitor. Disassembly would take much more work.
I appreciate Devon’s forthrightness. He doesn’t seek to line his pockets with money at the expense of others. He offers sensible solutions. He charged us nothing and he even gave us his old HP laptop in case we wish to replace the monitor ourselves – free of charge!

This guy does it ALL. We had a virus-​he came out to the house within hours of our phone call. He was able to clean up our computer, and did not make us feel like total xoxoxo for getting the virus.
He is retired US Army, does computer repairs, tuneups, and helps you understand how to use your computer without pulling out your hair!
AND he doesn’t charge an arm & a leg!
