What a fantastic experience! Knowledge friendly staff who go out of their way to assist you and explain what they are doing. Very fairly priced and 24 hour service. They provide a link so you can have remote assistance if you need it, first one free! I will use them for all my computer needs!

Lifesavers!!! After installing windows 10, things went south with the laptop. Took it in, they diagnosed within the timeline given, and all is perfect. Knowledgable staff makes things so easy !! I can’t say enough nice things about this place!!!

The only place I will take my computers for repair! The people at DA Computers are honest, professional, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my computer correctly (motherboard no good) and were very helpful to me even though I was so stressed. Thank you Mathew, for your patience, for explaining everything to me, and for the extra effort you went to in order to help me.
I also like DA Computers because they are reasonably priced for repairs and don’t try to push me to do anything that is not needed.

Thank you to the guys at DA Computers for saving my laptop (twice!) from having to be tossed out. Seriously, who breaks the power plug port to their laptop within 2 months of each break? Matthew, thank you for your patience with us!

Great help! They took the time to explain what my problem was and how to solve it even though it wasn’t something they could help me with. If I need my computer fixed, this is the place I will call! I was very very impressed.

My computer would not power on, and I pretty much knew what the problem was but wanted a professional opinion. I took it in and was treated with unsurpassed respect by the staff. I told them what the problem was, what I had done to repair on my own. They gave me an estimate and informed me of the diagnosis charge, which I felt was very reasonable.
Later that afternoon, I was called by their staff and was informed what needed to be done, which was what I guessed the problem to be. It was suggested that there could be some other parts replaced to improve performance, but after some discussion, they said he suggestion would be unnecessary. Very honest!
I picked up the computer the next day and they went over the entire repair process. The bill was right on my personal estimate of what I anticipated to pay.
During the whole process I was treated with professional courtesy and my time was valued. This was an excellent experience and would refer DA Computers to any of my friends.

After spending $ 125 for data recovery on a hard drive I could not get anyone to ship the hard drive and disc to me in Idyllwild. So I paid a friend to pick it up and ship it. The data was supposedly copied to a CD which turns out is unreadable. DA Computers conducted a remote review today on my computer and said the CD «must have sat too long» which is ridiculous since CD’s can sit for years and never lose data. So, they said I needed to ship the CD and hard drive back to them… will they fix it and ship it back? NO. They want me to pick it up or have somebody go get it AGAIN. I am done with this place. Now we go to small claims court. I have $ 170 plus a ton of my time invested in this and nothing to show for it. DA’s customer service is terrible. Steer clear and find a place that knows how to treat paying customers.
They have all these bad reviews for a reason. They lie, they don’t cooperate or try to help and they do not do their job. I am suing this time.

1 star for getting my Macbook computer to turn on after paying $ 30 for a basic diagnostic.
DA MANAGER AND STAFF ARE LIARS. They then said my «hard drive was failing and gave the computer …AT MOST … One month». They then tried selling me like used car salesmen to clean the computer for 100 or replace the hard drive for 500.
DO NOT GO HERE. APPLE FIXED ISSUE FOR FREE… it was simply old software going bad.

After having this review up for a while the owner of said shop reached out to me in a very unprofessional manner. Definitely will never do business here again if this is how he treats his ‘clients’.

Read a few reviews on Unilocal before heading to DA Computers. Matthew helped at the front desk, very efficient, friendly and knowledgable.
Ended up leaving it there over the weekend for diagnostics since laptop had been acting up. Matthew called me when promised w/​the problems and cost to repair.
He called me when it was ready and walked me through everything they did. Cost was fair and the service was excellent!
I would use them again!

These guys were the greatest! I took my Dell laptop in to have some nasty viruses removed. They did the work and then some. They didn’t charge me for the extra work that needed to be done because they said they would honor the quote that they had given me. Later, after getting it home, I had a question about disabling the touch pad. They quickly answered my question over the phone. I’d recommend them highly!

UPDATE, After a little over 2 weeks of waiting for the owner to call me he finally called. He has agreed to actually diagnose my equipment… He is only there one day, so I have to move my sked to make it convenient for him… UPDATE ON THE FINDINGS TO FOLLOW… AS OF NOW I STILL SAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

My laptop started giving me trouble and would not start up. I saw this place driving by and decided to give them a try and see what they could do. I was really impressed with the great customer service! Daniel was very helpful and was able to tell me what was wrong within 10 minutes. He was genuine and gave me no-​nonsense advice on my options. He was kind enough to take the time to explain everything and have me great tips on what to look for in a buying a new laptop. I would definitely recommend this place!

Thank you once again for getting our business Computer back in working order. Matthew and Daniel to the rescue. We have been using them for over a year for 3 desk top and 4 laptop computers. One laptop crashed and they were unable to save it, but we had two others crash and they got them back in working order with no loss of data. These guys are computer geeks and very good at what they do. I have learned to double check to make sure I am on the schedule and someone is coming out. I figure they are geeks and know their stuff. And that is what is most important to me. When our computers are not acting properly I never hesitate to call DA Computers.

Boss bought a used laptop in August. Barely saw any use and in October the screen went out. After having the laptop for 3 months, DA Computers determined they couldn’t fix it, so now we have a computer with no working screen. Communication was poor — I continually called to get updates and only once did someone return my call. Wouldn’t recommend using them.

I’ve used DA computers twice in the past year and both times I wasted my time and money having them repair a computer… the reception area is a like a high school hangout, when the computer is picked up there is no explanation of what was wrong or if the problem was fixed… BEWARE — TAKE YOU COMPUTER SOMEPLACE ELSE.
