History

Established in 2011.

Having tried a chocolate filled fig from a wonderful chocolatier in Seattle, I decided to create my own version, with my ganache recipes, to make for myself to enjoy — and to give as gifts to family and friends. This was back in 2008.

I spent the next couple of years perfecting the process, and making them more delicious — sourcing the best ingredients, and honing my technique. One day, my friend and neighbor said, «You should sell these.» Well, since the financial downturn was in mid-​swing, I figured — why not? I could at least do a business plan to see if it was even feasible! Obviously, since you are reading this… it was feasible.

fab figs are now available at The Palm Springs Visitors Center, or at the Palm Springs Village Fest (Thursday night)

This past year been great! Thanks to all of my customers for their support, and continued interest in my endeavor.

I’m looking forward to new products, and adventures with fab figs.
