Fresh, local ingredients that only allow for quality cuisine. We offer unique wine and beer from the Mediterranean that refreshingly pair with each one of our dishes.

History
Established in 2014.
Originally out of Hollywood, California set up as a catering company for special events and production food service. The wind has blown our Chef east and now he is set up right next to Atlantic Aviation on the private sector of the airport serving gourmet, fresh and unique fare. With high ceilings and surroundings of the Mediterranean including fresh herb garden and lemon trees right in front with an exciting view of private planes taking off daily.
We are Balisage Bistro which is french for dim beacon lights used for navigation during times of bad weather and war.

There is so much to choose from just from five countries which is slightly less than half of the Mediterranean region.
