History
Established in 1973.
In the early 1970’s Paul Bruggemans, owner of Le Vallauris, opened a famous eatery in Hollywood’s studio district. Le St Germain became the «gold» standard of the restaurant industry in Hollywood where a great deal of studio excecutuves and movie stars were seen daily. They complained about absence of a decent restaurant in Palm Springs where many had houses and others spent the Winters in perfect weather.
Paul found the present location, a Classified 1927 Landmark where he opened Le Vallauris.
After a few years he sold Le St germain in Hollywood and re-opened it in Indian Wells where it now features as one of the finest restaurants in the South East part of the Valley.
