Powerhouse Staging Company is a specialized staging and marketing group offering customized services for sellers of unoccupied furnished or un-​furnished and vacant properties.

We provide local and international homeowners and investors within the Coachella Valley and surrounding desert resort cities of La Quinta, Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Springs, with the necessary seller-​services and individual marketing concepts that will maximize the properties potential.

Powerhouse Staging Company can prepare all types of residential listings for sale that include single-​family homes, condominiums, townhomes and two-​four unit properties.

History

Established in 2014.

Real estate staging origins began in the late 70’s, the popularity really found its niche in the early 1990’s when the national real estate market was sluggish and listing times were long. Frustrated Realtors and home sellers turned to formal staging to create the look and feel they needed to attract a broader range of buyers. As the market improved, Realtors and sellers recognized that professional home staging could give them a marketing advantage over other homes, whether in a strong or weak economy. Real estate staging is now an established part of marketing homes for sale in cities around the country.

Business Owner

Tianna Woods, Realtor & Stager, has studied Interior Design and Space Planning at Saddleback College and the Interior Design Institute. She went on to own, operate and design– The Body Spa, a boutique day spa located in downtown Palm Springs, which she sold in 2006, and has been a full time Realtor ever since. Incorporating her love of design & real estate, it was only a matter of time until Powerhouse Staging Company was born. She has been extensively trained by Cathy Hobbs– an interior designer and stager in New York and one of the finalists on HGTV’s Design Star– season six, certified by CSP– Certified Staging Professional, the most comprehensive and recognized home staging certification in the USA and Canada. She is also a proud member of RESA– Real Estate Staging Association; the only third-​party governing organization for the professional home staging industry and the first certified RESA-​PRO in the Coachella Valley.
