History

Established in 2013.

After working with Real Estate investors furnishing and decorating homes for sale we recognized the limited options here in the Valley for affordable Home Staging and Interior Decorating.

Desert Home Staging developed a smart new approach to Home Staging for vacant homes that fills a specific need in our market. The gap between expensive interior design services and rental staging services. Both can be costly and both have risks that many Sellers do not want to take.

The same affordable approach can greatly improve the quality and income of Rental Properties that need furnishing or interior decorating improvements.

After an extensive, successful hospitality career as Director of Catering and Event Management for luxury hotels and resorts, Teri ventured out of the security of corporate life to explore her creative side.

Teri started working with Real Estate investors who were getting ready to put their homes on the market. One decorating job led to another. When one of her clients who liked what she did with their investment property hired her to redecorate their seasonal Desert home, she knew she was on to something special.

Teri has lived in the Valley for over 12 years and has built a trusted team of independent decorators and contractors with whom she works on a per-​job basis.

At Desert Home Staging it is important to us that what we do benefits everyone involved… the Seller, the Buyer, the Realtor, the local commerce and when we can, contribute to the local community.
