Originally the dream of Duane R. Metcalf, Pahoa Auto Parts now in its 2^nd generation, has grown with and in the community of Lower Puna catering to the unique needs and lifestyles of the friends and neighbors in Pahoa, Hawaii.

Once upon a time Pahoa Auto Parts was all by its lonesome, comparatively, at the Northeast end of Pahoa, Hawaii… recently, a whole NEW Pahoa-​town has begun to spring up around the AutoParts store… with the addition of Malama Super Market, Longs Drugs, not 1 but 2 gas stations, Burger King, and there’s still more to come!

Pahoa Auto Parts has built its reputation on service to its customers and community, rather than just price. Prices are reasonable, but if you want to shop around on-​line or elsewhere you may be able to find a lower price… although not necessarily a better deal. There’s an old mechanic’s quote: «Quality remains long after price is forgotten». Puna being, as it is, quality matters!

Myke and Brady have carried the tradition of excellence that began with their father in 1987 into the next century, serving the automotive needs of the Pahoa community for more than 25 years… all together that’s more than 50 years experience between them… or 350 years in «dog» years.
