We contacted Dave to clean the carpeting in an older home, and he did a great job. He arrived on time, was courteous and very dedicated to removing even old stains and took his time to make sure the job was done right. His prices are reasonable and we’d definitely hire him again — in fact, next time it will be to clean the sofas.

Dave has been cleaning my carpets since we bought our house 15 years ago and he’s been cleaning my neighbors for even longer. He does high quality work at very fair prices and on top of that he’s just a really great guy. My boys and dog have yet to create a stain that he can’t get out. Love that we have a local guy you can trust.

Moving into our friends old place, and with two beach dogs living there, the carpets needed some TLC. I wanted to go with someone local, so we called up Dave. He did a fantastic job on the carpets and we also had him clean the sofa. Everything is so fresh and clean, smelled so good that we had him go back to our old place to get those carpets back to new to seal the deal with our old landlords. Dave is an awesome guy, very personable. Next time we need some help with the carpets, we’re definitely sticking with superb. Minus one star for tardiness the second time around and I almost gave up hope.

Dave is fantastic! I am so thankful for Unilocal for pointing me in his direction. My couch had seen better days, much better days! It was a sectional, microfiber couch that had been through 2 big moves, and had a toddlers sticky fingers all over it. It was really bringing down the whole look of the living room.
I called Dave and he was able to come to my home in the small window I could be there. On time. For straight to work. He was done in a little over an hour and my couch looks brand new! Seriously, brand, spanking new!
And he is extremely affordable. I was so happy to not be «up sold» or taken advantage of, like do many other carpet cleaning businesses have tried to do. Beware of the groupons!
I spoke to Dave about coming back to do my carpets before the holidays, so I can really impress my fam with my beautifully cleaned/​steamed couch and carpets before our huge (40+ people) Christmas extravaganza.

Dave is truly a lifesaver! I have a 3 year old and a mechanic so between the juice spills and tracked in grease/​oil spots I wasn’t very optimistic about the outcome of my carpets. They are SPOTLESS! We have tried to rent a steam cleaner and do it ourselves before but I will NEVER attempt that again. He is reasonably priced, genuine, and precise. I will be using him from now on… I wish I was aware he was able to clean couches too so I could’ve booked him for that as well. We are expecting a baby in 8 weeks so maybe I’ll see if he can come do the couch before! I’m very happy with my results!!!

Dave came out on short notice and did a terrific job for a good price. He was friendly, communicated well, and clearly worked very hard to get our carpet looking like new. Highly recommended.

Dave was recommended to me by my Aunt & I must say he does an impeccable job. He’s cleaned the carpets in my entire house for a great price and every visit he outdoes himself. My carpet looks completely brand new once he’s done. I have white carpet with some stains thanks to the dog living in my home so can you imagine what it looks like once Dave is done? Let’s just say I have people come into my house & say– «wow your carpet looks new!» I’ve also had a wine stain on my white carpet that was gone. He does his magic. For the price he charges, his work, & great customer service he’s my regular go-​to for carpet cleaning. I highly recommend him!

Waaaaaay over due!
I called to get my carpet cleaned. I have two dogs, one was a puppy getting potty trained, the other is an older dog that for some reason poop in one spot on the carpet.
I also had really bad and really old black tea stains leading from the kitchen to the office.
We always wear our shoes in the house so all the dirt gets dragged in Long story short, carpet looked like crap!
About a year ago, we called a commercial carpet cleaner to come and clean. We were so disappointed with the job. They told us our stains were so bad that no one will be able to get them out.
Fast forward to December 2013. Superb Carpet cleaning came and must have used magic because those stains that the other company said would not come out, came out. Those that didn’t, became so faded it was like they were never there. I haven’t seen the carpet look this good since the day we moved in 5 – 6 years ago.

Worst customer service. Hung up on me. Didn’t give me a chance to talk and ask when they have availability and if I can schedule. Just said not available today… not until next week thank you for calling then hung up.

My reviews tend to be relatively long and (I try) to be detailed, but those are about food and this is about carpets, so short and sweet: these guys are professional, reasonably priced and produce a great product. Call them when you need carpets or furniture cleaned.
In sum, they come to your home and do a great job for a reasonable price — what more could you ask?

I am so happy to have called Dave for carpet cleaning! Unilocal reviews were spot on (no pun intended — LOL)!! I have used a national franchised carpet cleaner in the past and they did a fine job, but it’s so nice to support a local business.
Dave did an amazing job — stairs, hallway landing and 4 bedrooms. He finished in 1 ½ hours and the carpets look like new (we had some food spills & pet stains — which all came right up). I’ll be calling Dave on a regular basis. His pricing is very competitive and he gave me a discount (for mentioning Unilocal and as a first time customer). This is so well worth the price.

Right before moving out the carpet had fallen victim to a grande latte’, amongst a few other mishaps. I scoured Unilocal for a decent and local carpet cleaner.
Dave came to our rescue. He arrived promptly at 9am, surveyed the 4 rooms, hallway and stairs and quoted me $ 195.
He was finished in about 1 ½ hours and the carpets looked better than when we moved in!

The yards and yards of previously hideous never-​cleaned bachelor pad carpet my beloved man had tolerated for five years, and my little dog just got real’ real’ sick on? It is now unrecognizable. It is, in short, carpet once again.
Seriously. Now… I won’t lie… There are many reasons why I don’t rush to have my mom come and visit, but way up there on the list was the fact that the carpet in this place was just utterly, totally and — I thought — irretrievably trashed. By time, food, cat puke, inattention and, more recently, my doggy with the tummy troubles (can you say EW?).
Enter, Dave of Superb Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. I called the same morning my dog did the nasty on the living room floor (man says «WTF did you FEED him?»). Note to self: Don’t feed the adult dog used to kibble a quarter cup of cooked meat.) Poor little dude.
But I digress… Dave answers phone. He says he can take care of me the same day since I’m local (my guess is he won’t keep you waiting long no matter where you are — he’s organized and he works quickly, but thoroughly). He calls 10 minutes before his one-​hour arrival time window is up, says he’s just leaving the other side of town and he’s sorry. Sorry? No need — and he arrives on the jot of 2pm.
He surveys the damage. I look sheepish. Y’know, like you do when you’re used to living on better than disgusting carpet and you have to account for your doggy’s poop damage to a total stranger you’re just SURE is judging your immortal soul.
Dave looks up brightly and says «Oh this is nothing — we’ll have it looking way better.»
BTW, Dave shows up chipper, well groomed, articulate and gracious — all stuff that is comforting when you’re inviting a new service person into your hope (god I so sound like my mother right now…).
I disappear into a back bedroom that’s not getting «Dave’d.» Answer some emails, phone calls etc. I pop out later and he’s just finishing. I am… dumbfounded. I am, as they say in Yorkshire and the Midlands… gobsmacked.
The carpet is UN — F’riggin’ — RECOGNIZABLE.
I could totally invite my mother for dinner now. I won’t. But that’s because I’m a horrible, cynical forty-​something grown daughter who doesn’t want to hear the comments about the ten foot wide television and the giant Deathstar that sits on top of it. Or the purple sheet I’m using to cover a window until I order those just-​perfect little muslin curtains.
Yeah. We all live in environments less ideal than we’d like. May I suggest, in case yours features some scary-​ass dirty carpet, you phone the very nice gentleman at Superb Carpet and Upholstery? Cause I so love our little place so much more now…

Great quality cleaning for a reasonable price.
We had our white Berber living room, dining room, hall, bedroom and den carpets cleaned very nicely for $ 175 after a $ 30 discount.
These flattened cat barfed-​on carpets were in clear danger of being replaced until our neighbor recommended Superb Carpet. The Berber returned bouncy and white, and we are extremely pleased.
