Communication and follow up is lacking. He showed up on time to estimate a job. He was interested and said he would email a bid. After several days and no bid, I called and texted him to inquire if he was still interested. No response. A week has passed and I need to find another contractor soon.

Patrick did an amazing job removing the horrific «popcorn» ceiling in my relatively large apt. It was a tough job because it had been there for many decades and suffered through humidity and wear, and the edges of the ceiling were especially difficult to smooth out, but he removed, patched, sanded, smoothed, primed and painted by himself! He explained exactly what he would be doing and delivered. The thing is; quite simply, he is one of those professionals who takes pride in his work, is highly ethical, honest and believes in excellence; a rarity these days! On top of all that, he is an incredibly nice person. He does just about everything in the construction arena. You’re lucky if he’s available to handle your job!

This review is long overdue. Patrick is awesome! He has been fixing random items in my house for almost 2 years now, everything from assembling a storage shed, putting up ceiling fans, installing cabinets and fixing sprinklers. The latest project was him putting up dry wall and creating a beautiful nursery for us. His work is impeccable, we loved how the room turned out. He is also competitively priced and very reliable. I’ll be using him for many more projects!

We had a leak in our bathroom due to a cracked wax seal from the toilet. Patrick came out the following day to assess the problem. On day 2, he stripped the old hardwood floors and re-tiled the bathroom. Day 3, the wax seal was replaced and sealant on the tile was applied. It was a 3 day project and we were extremely pleased with the end result. Prompt response. Excellent communication. Professional demeanor. One happy customer.
