Not pleased. I’m hosting a party this afternoon so of course my children managed to lock me out of my room. I called their dispatch who had a difficult time finding my city to begin with so I doubt they’re local. She told me someone would be out in about 45 minutes. Almost 40 minutes later, I get a call from the locksmith telling me he’s not available today and the only other one he suggested, after I asked, is from Newbury Park, about a 40 minute drive from me. I have enough to do and worry about today. This is just one more thing I don’t need.

These guys are awesome! I lost the only key to my car and they came out within 15 min and had a new one made. Now most cases they probably won’t come out that quick but I just happened to call at a perfect time for the tech who would be helping me out. He was very polite, quick and honest! And their pricing is very reasonable, especially for. Last minute situation! Use them!!!

I locked my keys in the car for the first time ever and Pop-​A-​Lock was a lifesaver! They arrived within 30 mins of my call and had the car unlocked in 5. I may have accidently fat fingered the first dispatch number listed and in my panic called the second number listed (which I realized after may have been the owner-​oops my apologies for that). Still, he was very polite, and the service was quick and professional. Thank you so much!!!

Was getting a unit ready to be leased at our apartment building when I ran off and left the keys in the unit. Called another service and they quoted me a price that was double what Pop-​a-​lock charged. Pop-​a-​lock sent a technician over very quickly and he was super professional, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately I got locked out of my apartment and needed a locksmith desperately. The first place I called wouldn’t quote me a price they would only give me an estimate. The worse part is during the corse of our conversation the price kept changing. Decided not to go with them and called pop a lock
Pop a lock was awesome! The tech arrived in 15 min and was super fast and professional. Hopefully I don’t need the service again but if I did I would totally use them again. Highly recommended!
