We are a group of hairdressers that think a little differently. We think about hair the way a tailor thinks about clothing. Your hairstyle is something you wear every day. Don’t you think it should be tailored to suit you?

To us, hair is like fabric. Some is silky; soft and flowing, but without a lot of body. Some hair is coarse, like new denim. It holds it’s shape well and sometimes has too much body. Your hair may not be so extreme. Maybe it’s somewhere in between. Whatever texture your hair is, we can work with it.

The hair-​tailors at Paisley&Stripe Salon have been, and are constantly trained in the latest cutting, coloring and styling techniques. We invite you to call for an appointment so that we can tailor your hair.

Price listed are base prices. Price will vary depending on stylist level and the length/​density of hair. We ask any cancellation is finalized 24 hours prior to appointment or a fee may be implemented.

Business Owner

1. What’s your specialty? Making a silk purse out of a sow’s ear. Helping my customers to look their best, even if they’re starting with, less than optimal, raw material.

2. Where do you find inspiration? Everywhere. I try to remind myself to look up once in awhile. We go around looking straight ahead. It’s amazing what’s above us that we rarely see.

3. What’s your favorite product? Bumble and bumble Thickening Hairspray. It gives great body, without being heavy, or sticky.

4. What’s your passion in life? I have a passion for good design and beauty. When they come together; perfection.

5. Favorite music /​song /​band? I’m all over the place with my musical taste. Right now, I love the Dawes. They are modern, folksy. Reminds me of my childhood.

6. Favorite food? Sushi. Generally, I love all seafood. Yum.

7. What do you want people to remember about you? I want people to know that I am a man of my word. Sometimes it’s inconvenient to back up our words with action.
