Evan Mladenoff, DC

The whole team at the Mladenoff Clinic is wonderful! I have been going to them for years to get regular adjustments, as well as treatments for injuries and illnesses over the years. He knows when things are wrong that I forget to even mention. They combine many varieties of treatments to help you recover from what ever problem you could be facing! My family swears by him, and we will continue to use his services as his family members join his team!
They always have your best interest at heart. I was injured during a sporting event while out of town several years ago, when I fell on my head/​neck causing major back pain. I could not even stand to ride in a car comfortably, so I called them for help! They were able to refer me to an excellent group in the town I was in so I could get help in order to return home (where they could continue to help me recover). They always take good care of me!
The only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is because they have fairly restricted hours. However, they always make every effort to get me in the same day or next day, especially if my problems are significant. They are also conveniently located right off I-​435 which makes it a quick trip from anywhere in the joco area.

Dr. Mladenoff happens to be the Chiefs primary sideline doctor. Now depending on your point of view, that can be a positive OR a negative. (we won’t get into the Chiefs record. Too painful to discuss in 2009. .. .) A note of interest, you will see many Chiefs players here during the weekdays (and of course, since the whole team is practically on the injury report every week, that’s just about everybody.)
Anyway, I’ve seen Dr. Mladenoff a few times for things such as knee pain and a hand injury sustained during a football game. He knows his stuff and generally recommends everything you need, and nothing you don’t.
To give you an idea of how serious he is, I had knee issues from 15 years old all the way through a few years back. I had all kinds of doctors bring up all kinds of scenarios from a torn meniscus (which required surgery of course) to another doctor saying the bones in my leg are flat at the knee cap and they need to be shaved more circular (also requiring surgery)
Dr. Mladenoff simply told me that I needed a few knee adjustments and that would be it. After 3 adjustments, knee flare ups became rare and after a year, all gone all together. Considering that I am much more active now than ever before, it really shows Dr. Mladenoff knew what the heck he was talking about. Let me also mention he can take care of you for random minor checkups and if you ave a cold, he can get you squared away as well.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there are VERY FEW insurance providers that they take, so you would have to go out of pocket to cover expenses with him a majority of the time. Call ahead before going.
