I have always had a wonderful experience with the service/​repair shop. I had to buy a new car as the car I bought here in 2011 was totaled in Dec. I never felt pressured by the sales associate, Anthony and he was great in showing me different Malibu’s and found the one that was set up how I wanted and in my appropriate price range. Thanks to Anthony for being so easy to work with.

I had to take my car in for a recall fix around the ignition. There are 2 doors for the service area and I went into the wrong one. The guy in there seemed put off by me and was a little condescending in telling me where to go. Whatever. They got my car done pretty quick and gave me a list of things wrong. Overall just a weird «you’re just a number to up-​sell» feeling about the place.
But I’m just bitter about Chevy vehicles in general because my Chevy isn’t that old and it’s a total hunk of junk. I won’t buy Chevy again.

I just moved here from California and I have a new Suburban I need to establish service for. I was very nervous to come here based on the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Jason in the service dept. He checked me in quickly and showed me to the waiting area. It was the quickest oil change and tire rotation I’ve ever had. I think I waited 30 minutes. It was a very nice, clean area.

Seriously terrible service department. I took my car in at 9am for an appointment I had set up the week before. I called the store at 1:45pm and they still hadn’t started working on my car.
I finally retrieved my vehicle at 430pm to find out that their internet wasn’t working so they couldn’t finish the work on my car. So I’m left to go to another garage to work on my car tomorrow, which requires me to take another day off from work, all because they didn’t have the decency to get to this in a timely manner. Had they told me, we can’t finish your car today at noon or even at 3pm, I could’ve ran it to another shop before everything else closed.
Needless to say, I’ll never come back to Morse Chevy. Stay far away.

Our experience was great! Jake really went above and beyond to help us get the perfect car for us at a great price! Everyone was helpful without being pushy so there were no uncomfortable situations to deal with. Everything was easy and quick. The financing options were also great and even better than our own bank offered! We’ve been buying cars at McCarthy Morse Chevrolet since 2001 and plan to continue.

Terrible service department. Service Manager (Craig) is even worse at handling customer problems. An appointment means nothing, everyone (Craig and service writer Tony) did not want to take accountability for anything, just wanted to blame others. I will resist going back. I have been a long time customer, of Morse Chevrolet, but not any more.

I have purchased several cars here in the past few years. The reason I keep coming back is the terrific service I receive on both the showroom floor and in the service area.
The staff has always been attentive without being pushy. They are genuine and friendly. The service department is excellent. They have earned my trust and this is the only place I will buy a car.

I would give a 0 star if possible. I have been screamed at by the service department, they told my wife since she was a girl she didn’t know about cars and the service department hung up on me after arguing for 20 min about a warranty issue. Avoid them at all cost.

I taken several cars to Morse over the years. I had taken a car to Cable Dahlmer. They replaced the thermostat and changed the coolant. It had gotten hot near the area so I took it there, I drove away and called back. They did not reset the warning lights and told me not to worry about it. I ended up taking it to Morse to make sure. They found every thing wrong and it drives like a dream. I am very appreciative for the extensive look. I avoided a major problem.

McCarthy Morse Chevrolet means business when they say they lock the gates at 6… Apparently my friend and I outstayed our welcome while she was shopping for a new Captiva, as we were locked in the lot overnight. Seriously. We had to call for a ride home while leaving my car in the locked lot. Do workers not check the lot prior to locking the gates in/​out? Friend ended up buying a vehicle the next day from a different dealer. SMH… It’s a good thing we find these things humorous. Unprofessional, but humorous.

I actually purchased my Colorado at another dealership, but have always brought it into Morse for service. Dean Blankenship is a top notch service manager, and someone I know I can trust. They have never missed a promised «completion» time, and have a terrific shuttle available while your service is done.

I was out of the country when these guys worked on my car. My neighbor dropped it off and explained that the starter wasn’t working. Ken Kistner, the service manager, kept me appraised via email while I was overseas and we had it fixed so that the day after I got home, I simply got a ride over and picked up my car.
Thanks for making it simple! For us Saturn owners, it’s these Chevy dealerships that are going to be the place to service our no-​longer-​in-​existence-​car-​company cars for the foreseeable future. Was very happy with my first experience.
