We brought our older model Mazda to Paul’s for a timing issue. This shop is very busy. Even still, Paul and his staff took a great deal of time making sure we were informed and that the work was done right. A few weeks later the car belched a cloud of smoke. The owner took the car home after fixing the issue to be sure it was not having any more problems! Who does this?! Amazing customer service. This company will stand by you.

I have taken 3 of our family cars to Paul’s for oil changes and other repairs. I initially tested them by having them diagnose and price a repair I already knew about from a trusted mechanic that is located further away from our home. Paul’s found the same repairs and quoted a similiar price as my other mechanic. I highly recommend. They go above and beyond to explain what needs to be repaired, are fairly priced, and often will do minor repairs free of charge.

I’ve posted a review on here before and it was deleted. Let’s see how long it takes them to take this one down too. Don’t take your car here for big jobs. Little ones, fine, but not big work. I had radiator troubles and they couldn’t find the problem $ 1,300 later. Took it to another place where they immediately found the problem, it was Tim’s Automotive in Merriam. There they were amazed at the prices that Paul’s charged for the work.

I went to Firestone and got a bid, they recommended a bunch of work, which included replacing a tire that turned out to be the best tire I had on the car, about a year old at the time. I happened upon this place on my way home. I’m glad I did, Paul the owner was upfront, honest and told me what needed to be done. He did the work for a little less, which isn’t the point, he was just awesome to deal with. I’ve since taken my car in to have a mirror replaced, dealer bid was 556. He did it for 456.00 and even used a genuine Ford mirror. Ive found a mechanic who is honest, friendly and competent. A trifecta of good traits I think.
