Always well stocked, this location has so much is honestly overwhelming. I never even know where to begin here. I usually try to do a circle around the perimeter and then do solid walk up and down the middle. Some of my regular items are camis, cause they offer long camis and being tall makes these ideal. They are usually $ 3.50 each and come in seasonal colors and the basics like white and black. Other usual stops for me include the jewelry and sale sections. I know that if I get something here I’m not expecting it to last very long since it’s all fashion wear and inexpensive. The jewelry section has some really fun stuff. Staff here is crazy hard to find anywhere other than the registers. Trying things in is a bit of a nightmare too, since it’s hard to find a person and there’s usually a line. Which really bites when you take a look at the return policy. Overall: B– Go in for the basics and sale stuff!

Great store, but only 2 registers open and 20 people in line. Waited way too long I’m sorry! Great selection — a lot of people walked out in frustration unfortunately!

A lot less chaotic than the FL Mall location, but still chaotic. The staff is also a lot more friendlier and helpful. A nice store to pick up some cheap trendy clothes for both men and women.

My daughter likes this store and incredibly you can get a pair of jeans for under $ 8 here. They have styles that younger girls like and priced to move.

I really do enjoy Forever 21 — for the most part, their clothing might be a little too young for me but I do tend to find a few gems like nice casual tops and wonderful accessories. It’s very affordable so I never feel like I’m splurging. But I absolutely hate the shopping experience — the music is crazy loud and the stores are typically sprawling. They attempt to group things into themes(nightwear, bohemian etc) but I usually just feel completely lost and if I’m looking for something specific like leggings, they’re scattered ALL over the store with no rhyme or reason. On top of everything, I have never had a pleasant experience with the sales associates. They’re incredibly unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. Most recently I had an annoyed employee in the fitting room wordlessly wave me over because apparently I was returning clothes to the wrong rack and when I tried to return them to her, she wouldn’t take them from my hands so I asked, «Where do you want this?» and another employee took them from me without a word. Once at the cash register, they’re chatting with each other and barely looking in my direction. I realize the layout of the store certainly doesn’t make retail easy for them but spare me the attitude problem. Definitely reinforces my need to shop online.

Great place to come for a pick me up on the cheap. Since I heard Molly and Christine on Broadminded XM155 say that you really should not shop at this store if you’ve ever had a child, I feel somewhat sneaky shopping here. To clarify, I have no kids, but still feel somewhat old to shop here. So many kids shop here, but it always seems as if someone who looks way older than me is shopping sans kids, so then I feel validated. «Yes, I can get away with shopping here.» I come basically for the accessories. I thought maybe the clothes I could not pull off, but got the courage one day to purchase a couple of outfits. Three of them, to be exact, for only $ 50(including accessories). No, I do not expect for these items to last for decades, but I’ve decided I do not want to spend a lot of money on clothes or accessories because inevitably something happens to them.. . a ring accidentally gets flushed down the toilet, you forget where you left your flips on the beach, you leave something in the hotel room, or the airlines loose your luggage.. . and you’ll want to buy something new again soon anyway!

I’m going to have to agree to disagree with the other review for Forever 21. I will admit that sometimes the store is disorganized… but I haven’t found it to be a major issue at this location. Everytime I’ve been there the store has been pretty neat(for a store that’s bombarded with people during all business hours). The sporty/casual clothes are towards the front of the store and the work/evening wear is near the back. They have a huge sale section where if you’re lucky you’ll find something cute. Their clothes are NOT the best quality — but for the price I’m willing to compromise. I usually go here for«going out» clothes and dresses. I have found the CUTEST evening dresses here for fabulous prices. Don’t buy something here that you plan on washing a lot because truth be told, it will fall apart after a few washes. If you dry-clean or hand wash than you should be fine. Another selling point for Forever 21 is their massive selection of cheap accessories. They have tons of headbands/scarves that I love. Occassionally they have some cute shoes, but they look extremely uncomfortable and their quality is probably on the same level as their clothing. I have to admit that I am not a fan of their return policy. It’s ridiculous that you can only exchange and not return… so make sure you really like what you bought. All in all, Forever 21 is a good place to go if you’re looking for something special to wear a few times. For every day wear I’d head elsewhere…

This has to be the worst store ever made… racks are packed with crap and very unorganized. Sales reps are rude and obviously hate their job… and what is up with no returns. only exchanges? Save your money or shop at a different store… I gave them one star because they do tend to have cutw accessories for a really great price… but thats about it!
