I had bought jeans here for well over $ 600. That was 2 pair! Including the seamstress work. Someone told me about the outlet store. Since it was the day after I purchased them I immediately went back to this store to try to get a refund & hope the seamstress hadn’t done my 2 pants yet.
It is to exhausting to write out the battle that I had to fight to get my refund back. The manager was rude & tried to trap me into not having to give a refund by saying it is at the seamstress without even bothering to call. The store manager was a bit snobby (maybe her off day).
Here is a HUGE tip. Call another store & get the seamstress number. Call him & ask him if he has worked on your pants. I had to do all that to insure he didn’t work on my pants for a refund.
DEPLORABLE customer service. I will never ever buy anything at this store ever again. Extremely disappointed!
