Sometimes business have inside people write their reviews but I can tell you this is one from a real customer. I was disturbed to see this «Based on simple traits, be honest, take care of the customer, treat others how you want to be treated and offer options.» on here.
This is my personal story and am entitled to my encounter with this company. I had a dispute. I asked to talk with the owner. He obviously had pre judged the situation based on lies from his technician. I have no idea what a handler is an how a system works so I tried to tell him what I was told. He denounced his technician would say such a thing. Then proceeded to tell me the problem was inside but the part that was replaced was OUTSIDE. I have sent the owner a letter letting him know that his rude behavior did not allow for discussion. I refuse to converse with rude people. We could have handled this in a friendly matter and in the end I would have paid his bill but I wanted him to understand that the unit was not properly installed and the previous owner had died and his son rented the place out and that they thought it was normal for cool air to blow first before the heat came on. After 2.5 years of the unit running improperly the part gave out. Thats why a 2.5 –will be 3 years in June the Trane unit was improperly working and no one said anything. We purchased the house this past summer and when tenant turned unit on it did not work.
I’ve been around successful businesses my entire life and my integrity is bar none better then most this is not a case of getting something for free it was a case of what’s right and a possible relationship for the other properties we own. I like to stick with one realtor, one roofer one plumber ect. «treat others how you want to be treated» never happened in that phone conversation. Very aggressive, reported his technician’s lie and one sided on the owners side that I had to end our conversation with «I’ll pay my bill — I’m done» which he retorted he would appreciate it.
In a city our size you can be in business for 40 years. This is an honest review based on my own experience.
