I’ve been using Molly Maids for about 5 months now and I have been very pleased with their customer service and quality of their services. Has there ever been a tweak here or there, of course, but they’ve been flexible, willing and determined to ensure that I am pleased with the services. They are always on time and each day when I get home from work on the day they come is like walking into a brand new home, it’s a real refreshment and treat for me. I highly recommend them!

Absolute garbage company. Where can I begin? Quoted estimate for a house my size was an hour and half. Quoted time of arrival was 9 am. Called me at 8:11 to which it took me 10 minutes to drive to my old residence to let them in which I had to wait for arrival. Didn’t start til 830. One woman was doing a terrific job while the other wasn’t doing anything at a reasonable pace. I had to leave to get ready for work and left about 930. I came back to the house at 1050 and the women were gone and the house was clean. Well the next day I see my debit card was charged for 3 hours. I call the company and they said according to their GPS they arrived at 819 (lie) and left at 11 for a 3 hour charge. First off I didn’t even arrive at the house 819 and then I had to wait for their arrival. I mean a 40 minute discrepancy is a big deal when I’m paying by the clock. They agreed to refund me some money, which I agreed to and figured the whole situation was done. I check my account later today and not only was my account not credited, but I have been charged again for a higher price, so now I’m being charged double for a job that already had a discrepancy. This is after 5 o clock so there is no way to reach them, no late night number, no corporate number, no anything. I’d ask them for a full refund but I’m pretty sure they would wipe out my bank account for 15 hours worked. Avoid these people at all cost (which will be a lot)

Do not hire Molly Maids! They did a good job on our move out cleaning but instead of cleaning out our refrigerator as promised, THEY LEFT A NOTE (found by our realtor) saying that there was too much stuff in the refrigerator so they didn’t clean it. Really? How were we to get that note? We don’t live there anymore! So I complained to them and they sent a team back out to clean the refrigerator free of charge. (yeah, okay) Now I get a call from another realtor who is doing a repeat showing to a potential buyer and she tells me there is a horrible smell coming from our garage. I call Molly Maids and the representitive said they will get back to me. When I got someone on the phone they said that yes they did leave the trash in the garage because there was a can there. I said to him that we no longer live there who was going to take that trash can out? They are going to correct their mistake, thankfully. But still that pisses me off. We no longer live there!!! Who was going to take out the trash???

After considering Brian G.‘s comment on my review, I stand by my original as accurate. Perhaps he is thinking of the wrong customer, as my review was made over a year ago. One follow-​up is that the $ 50 cancellation fee, insisted upon by the Molly Maid office manager at the time of my call, was never charged. Since then, I have had maid service with another company, and can compare service. Over several months, the new company has performed the same cleaning, for less money, and generally greater attention to detail. Recently they voluntarily reduced their fee, because, in their words, I was a good customer and the cleaning didn’t take as long as originally estimated. Personally, I think that speaks volumes. Am a demanding customer? Yes — I demand quality service for a fair price. That’s all.
