The Certified Mechanical Co., LLC ownership has been servicing the residential and small commercial Air Conditioning needs of Central Florida for 30 years. All work is performed by our own employees. We do not subcontract our work. We are fully certified by the State of Florida to perform all types of Air Conditioning work. We have chosen to limit our work to residential and small commercial. We use «Flat Rate» pricing. This means that you do not pay for an inexperiened tech to learn at your expense. You pay the same for any tech performing the work. Our service techs are paid by the hour and do not get paid commission for parts they replace. They do not benefit financially for changing out your parts. They replace only what is truly broken.
