Woo hoo is right! We just sole our home in Concord Ca. Our Real Estate Agent was Rob Jacobus with Caldecott properties. We knew absolutely nothing about selling a home and he was able to take us through the process in a way that we were able to understand everything. We had one open house and before we knew it, we were in escrow. Rob has a lot of experience and knows the ins and outs of the business. He thinks of things that are so important, that might not affect you upon buying a home, but things that may affect you later. Also, whenever emailing him, he responds quickly. Rob really does earn the title «The Fast Acting Realtor». Whenever we had an inquiry about a property or wanted sound advice, he responded promptly, honestly and with relevant information. When we were unsure of which area we wanted to buy in, he actually took the time to show us not one, but four different possible communities. He never lost patience, even as we changed our minds and our needs shifted. I also appreciate that we never felt pressured to buy something that would not have been «right» for us just so he could make a sale. Robert helped me buy my first house with my wife… once I got divorced… I needed to downsize… I used Robert again because of his expert knowledge of local properties… and his close ties to contractors… title people… and appraisers… on fact I believe his wife is also an appraisal… I do not even really know because this guy handled everything… he even drove to my work several times to pick up paperwork that I had forgot to fax over to him… I could go on and on… but it is rare to deal with a professional… your average Real lEstate Agent is just trying to sell a couple of properties a year… this guy knew everyone… in every city we visited… amazing!

Rob helped me — quickly — purchase a condo in Oakland. It had multiple offers and his strategy and advice helped me get what I wanted. To boot, I was called to the east coast on a family emergency when it closed and he really made the extra effort to assist with the inspections and paperwork etc. that was added by my not being there.
