Went for Sunday brunch and didn’t realize how chaotic it would be! Was a little overwhelmed with the layout of the brunch(stations all over the restaurant, inside and out) and the fact that we were never told what was where(they did ask if we have been before and we said no). Fiancé is in a wheelchair which made it even more crowded and awkward. I thought the food itself was very good and will likely come back to try it during regular service hours. Brunch was a little much.

Stopped by for happy hour last Friday with some coworkers. Had the nachos, Diablo deviled eggs and the mexi crunch sushi. All was delicious and the watermelon margaritas were a hit. We decided to try their lunch for takeout and it’s even better! The lunch portion Mexican Caesar salad, Pozole and enchiladas are tasty and the order was ready by the time I got there(I work less than a mile away). We’ve definitely found our new go-to. Service is fast and accurate. All the staff we’ve encountered thus far have been great! Can’t wait for lunch out of the office tomorrow!

Upgrade from that weak Acapulco’s that is for sure!!! Came here with BlueCollar for dinner one Friday evening in December. We were going to go to Taco Rosa closer to my house but we wanted to watch Star wars at The block or whatever it’s called these days. I also wanted somewhere with later hours so Who Song it is! I made rsvps hours before on OpenTable. The hostesses were nice and we were seated right away. I looked around and I love what they did with the place. We had a nice comfy booth and looking around, everyone dining, were having a great time. Service was good. Not over the top but good :) I love the menu. So many things I wanted to try. We started off with guacamole. Made fresh and I couldn’t stop eating the chips. I had to stop eating them so I didn’t ruin my appetite. For our entrée he ordered the steak fajitas with an a la carte avocado taco and I ordered the three cheese enchiladas and a la carte carne asada taco and a carnitas taco. I always over order because I want to try as much as possible and I loooooooooooooooove leftovers: D Each plate comes with rice and black beans. Food comes out piping hot and off we go. Again fresh ingredients. The cheese enchiladas were sooooooo good. Very flavorful and sauced well. No one likes a dry enchilada. The cheese was all melty mmmmm. The rice and black beans were great. Nothing extraordinary but tasty nonetheless. The carne asada taco was gooooood. Not your taqueria carne asada but a solid steak taco and the shells hold all the toppings well. Even held up as leftovers: D Bluecollar enjoyed his meal ALOT. It looked good but they could have given more meat. I never order fajitas because it’s always more onions and bell peppers than protein. All fluff and not meat and potatoes. As long as he enjoyed that’s all that matters. We didn’t make time for dessert since we had a movie to catch but we left incredibly satisfied and I can’t wait to try the Brunch everyone talks about!

First of all let me say my one and only gripe about this place. How the hell were there not utensils on the table PRIORTO being seated, or at least right after? We’d ordered an appetizer, which came out, and we STILL weren’t brought sharing plates, nor utensils. It wasn’t until the girl that came out to make our guac notice the error and got it all for us. Minus 2 stars for that, plus one because she was cool. Food was good. Appetizer wise, we got the Hangover Fries and then the Guac. I ate the Larry’s burrito for my meal, all of it. I’m interested in doing food challenges, possibly, and I’m wondering what the weight of the Larry’s burrito was, combined with the side of beans and rice, which I threw on top of it. I noticed management reads these reviews and replies to some of them, I’d appreciate a response. I did E-mail customer service, we’ll see who(if anyone) responds first. Will I be back? Maybe. If I’m in the area, but I live 30 minutes away, and I generally stay away from busy areas. This place kinda is right nextdoor to the Honda Center.

My love affair with WS&L is now a love/hate affair… the large menu, atmosphere, and patio are still nice, but the service and other facets now leave so much to be desired. Went with 8 others for dinner on a Taco Tuesday. This was my 4th visit here, first time for TT, and first time for dinner outside of happy hour. Restaurant was half full. Sat on the patio with a nice fire. I was there for 2 hours(7:15 — 9:15). Was really really hard(near impossible) to get a drink for the first hour and a half. Pretty much everyone was resigned to go to the bar and order/pay for drinks. Only problem, they had 3 bartenders on duty and none were working the patio side, by and large. So, had to go inside for a drink which took roughly 10 minutes for a cocktail. They ran out of Malibu, so after waiting for it, had to order something else. I couldn’t think of another drink I’d like, so I finally gave up and asked for a vodka /soda /lime. $ 7 for was one of the worst basic drinks I’ve ever had. Tasted like someone mixed tequila with vodka.(side note: There was one head bartender who was super busy and two what seemed like trainees. Never seen any of these guys before, they seemed really different than the old employees I’d dealt with). Went back and enjoyed the patio, waitress never really came to take a food order, since we’d already gotten appetizers, and a few people had gotten tacos during HH. Came back and sold one of my friends 2 taco«tokens» and then left, never checked if anyone else needed something. I had no idea there were taco tokens, but really wanted some tacos. Had to go to the bar again, and buy some(2 for $ 6.50) and then go to the taco station to get tacos. Taco server seemed like she really hated her job and also had to repeat my order to her.(side note: when I’d gotten there for the first half hour and went to the bar for my first drink, there was a manager just inside the patio door with about 4 wait staff employees huddled around him barking instructions — didn’t seem to help any. more trainees on what must have been training night??) Next went back outside to sit, and then shortly after was craving a beer. Still no waitress for drinks, so I went to the outside bar where there was finally a bartender. Asked for a bottled beer, he said sorry these are display only, they’re definitely spoiled. I said look just give me beer, amber or dark I don’t care… at that point was just getting annoyed with trying to get something to drink a second time. He sold me a Negro which was an awesome beer. I paid for my beer, drank it and said goodbye to the crew and was on my way. Tacos I had were chicken and carnitas, and both were tasty and very generous servings of meat. Fresh tortillas were delicious. Salsa(toppings) bar was really nice. Wish I took a pic, but food was hot and hands were full !! The rest of the evening service-wise was nothing to speak of. It was basically a full night of self-serve food & drinks. I’ll go back but only for a special occasion(booth), or maybe HH again.

Wow, I am absolutely enamored with this place! We wandered in after heading to a disappointing wine bar. We wanted some yummy food and some good drinks, so we did a quick Unilocal search. When we saw the rating here, we thought we’d give it a shot. I’m extremely glad we did! We only nibbled on food, ordering the street corn and the Mexican sushi roll. Both were FABULOUS. The margaritas were similarly yummy, although I don’t think they pour very heavy here. The atmosphere was really fun and it seemed like a cool spot to grab some cocktails on date night. Our server was kind and fast so we had a great time! I can’t wait to come back!

Love this place! Highly recommend checking this place out before a hockey game or movie. It is never too busy and the servers are all pleasant and fast! All of the margaritas are phenomenal and the nachos are a must order! On the down side– it is a little too loud and I have had to yell to the people at my table to communicate at times.

It didn’t disappoint! The shrimp and lump crab enchilada was really good especially the sauce — not the traditional red, fatty sauce. We always see this restaurant with a weird name Who-Song and it’s a Mexican Cantina so thought we’d check it out – we’re glad we did. The best part Sarah, our server was the friendliest!

Great location, if your headed to Century 25 movie theatre, Honda Center for a concert or Ducks hockey game it’s even 5 minutes from Angel Stadium also . Love how it is right off the freeway and you can see it from the street, easy to find. From the outside you really don’t know what to expect but I was so pleasantly surprised. Went for lunch with my husband and as soon as we walked in was greeted by a hostess. She asked us if we had ever been before, we said no so she gave us a brief run down before seating us. After sitting we were immediately welcomed by our server Jessie. She was friendly and knowledgably… gave great recommendations. Loved the chips and salsas(comes with yummy bean dip too), Drinks we had a couple beers, Mexican Mule and Pomegranate Margarita… excellent! Loved the tacos and carnitas sliders. Manager came around to see how we liked everything, it was busy during lunch so thought it was a nice touch he stopped by and took the time to care about our experience. Atmosphere is more for Couples, our friends night out. Really wouldn’t take the kids… I was there Saturday and ever since I sent My neighbors and other friends to try it. All came back saying«Great food, Great service. « Glad I took a chance and went in… I’ll for sure be back! Visited December 2015

I so wanted to love this place. My wife and I came here last night before a concert we were attending at The Grove. With all the good reviews on Unilocal,I felt we had to try it. Walking in we were greeted and there was no wait, we got seated right away. We were sat at a booth which was great. The place is a bit loud, music and diners, although it may have been a bit louder since we were near a large group of about 12. We began with an appetizer of chips and chili queso. The chips were nice and crispy, the salsa they brought with it was very good too. The chili queso was basically melted velveeta cheese with some pico or something in it. I didn’t mind much cause yes, I’m actually a fan of the ooey gooey goodness. We sadly ran out of chips pretty quick and the waitress was nowhere to be found, so it took quite a while before we finally got some more chips and by this time the cheese had already started hardening. So you basically scooped large chunks of solid Velveeta at this point. We go our dinner, I had ordered the Carne Asada Y Mas, a skirt steak with a couple cheese enchiladas. My wife ordered the Nachos Grande with no meat. The carne asada was rather small, and although had a good flavor, it was almost mushy as if it had been tenderized too much, and the enchiladas were just ok, I was not a fan of the enchilada sauce they use. There was not much cheese inside either. My meal came with black beans and rice, I cannot really comment on the black beans, I’m not a fan so I didn’t eat at all. The rice was a white style rice, not a lot of flavor. My wife disliked the nachos completely, the chips were actually stale? Which was kind of weird, cause the chips we already had were very fresh. They also put(I think) the same enchilada sauce on the chips for the nachos. All in all, we didn’t like anything except for the chili queso and chips. We both decided even though we didn’t like our orders, in the future we will be back and try something else, with all the great reviews we are hoping to have a better experience next time. All the employees were super nice, but we were left hanging on refills for chips and water. I hope to be able to update my review to a more positive one in the future, but for now, just 3 stars, and that is being generous for our first experience.

Came here on Friday night for late night happy hour. This is affiliated with El Torito and is the only location. Walking into the location, you can totally tell except the décor and the vibe seems like it’s catered to an upscale crowd. We sat at the bar and waited for at least 5 minutes for someone to come by to even offer us a glass of water. We had at least 3 people on the wait staff look at us but not acknowledge us. The whole time I kept asking my sister and boyfriend if we were sitting in the correct area because the staff was giving us rude looks as if we weren’t supposed to sit there. Finally, a server greeted us and took our drink order, I order a well vodka soda on happy hour, I mean for $ 4 who could complain even if it is extremely watered down. When we were finally ready to order, we had a few questions and she was extremely hopeful in answering them. So, this is what we ordered: –Table side guacamole: no one can ever go wrong with this. She over salted just a little but all the ingredients tasted really fresh. –Cheese Quesadilla: Whatever cheese they used to make this, it was amazingly good! One of the best quesadillas ever! I love that it didn’t taste or look greasy. I didn’t add any protein to it but now I’m thinking I should’ve. I definitely would order this again. –Any two tacos: We opted for two carne asada tacos. The meat was very well seasoned but the only thing is if you let it sit for a little while, the tortilla gets hard, which I was a little disappointed in. But over all, I would order their tacos again. –Complimentary chips and salsa: One of the best chips I’ve had, the chips were thin and crispy, I was however disappointed in their salsa. It was a chipotle based salsa but it was missing something. Consistency of salsa was good, but it was definitely missing an ingredient. I definitely would come back, the food is way better compared to El Toritio but hopefully the service is better the next time I come back.

I love the concept of this place! Tex mex with Asian flare. We got the 3 tacos(carne asada, carnitas, and short ribs), the carne asada and enchiladas combo, and the chips with 3 salsas. All the salsas are made each morning, and one of the 3 changes daily. The carne asada was amazingly tender. Of the tacos, we liked the carnitas and carne. The short rib tacos had a certain spice that I can’t put my finger on, but we didn’t care for it too much. Our server Tori was awesome and guided us through the menu very well. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! Add on(10÷24÷15) As if I didn’t have enough good things to say about this place, today I met Eddie(chef/manager/all around good guy/my new cousin!;) He was so welcoming and made us a fresh batch of the tomatillo salsa! I’m going to tell everyone I know about this place! Can’t wait to try the Sunday brunch! Updates to come

HANGOVERCUREBRUNCH For $ 25, it is an all-inclusive buffet and if you are 21 and over, the mimosas are $ 3 for unlimited pours. The setup is rather simple with multiple stations throughout the restaurant, but I’ll walk you through them so you’re not running around mad, piling everything onto your plate like I did. Seated by the entrance in the first dining room, there were several stations in sight. You got waffles, soup(pozole and menudo), pork belly, dessert and a Build Your Own Bloody Mary bar($ 9 per BYOBM). As you venture out to the patio, there’s an elote and taco station. They had carne asada bacon, carnitas and chicken for meat and two choices of tortilla, one being mildly spicy(green) and the other is regular(red). I tried both tortilla options and paired the spicy tortilla with canitas(pulled pork). Pretty good and they pile on a lot! Once they are cooked to order, you choose your condiments: salsa, two types of slaw, cotija cheese, grilled pineapples and some sort of sauce on the top right-. My only gripe is that they were not covered, so I don’t know how long it’s been sitting out or if things have flown around/in it. On the other side of the bar, you’ve got ceviche, your choice of fruit spritzed with lemon & chili, Asian fusion dishes spread on a covered pool table and a Build Your Own Wafflette(omelette in a waffle iron) bar. And since one of our friends arrived earlier than the rest of us, they brought out the Hangover fries to compensate for the long wait, which took us by surprise. Such a nice gesture! It was my first time experiencing the Hangover Cure buffet, but I quickly learned that it was best to share all the foods than attempt to conquer everything myself. Once you cover all the bases, you can return for seconds for your favorite bites. It was actually fun to explore the restaurant and the offerings and I’ll be sure to return soon. That $ 3 unlimited mimosa deal is just too good to pass on.

Lunch on Saturday, 8÷22÷15(first time visiting) I can’t believe I haven’t tried this place. I’ve visited SPIN Neapolitan Pizza directly across from them on several occasions and never thought about coming here. Parking is a bit crowded during peak hours. The servers are extremely friendly and the ambiance is welcoming. They have a bar, an area with couches, and TVs to keep you entertained. We were seated as we arrived since it wasn’t busy during lunch. Our server went down the entire menu with us since it was our first time. I ordered the lunch portion of the chicken fajita. It was delicious! Pretty tasty with condiments of guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. It looked small at first but it was perfect. I was also able to try the Habanero shrimp pasta. Tasty. Other people in my party ordered tacos, ribs, and the bottomless chip and dip. We all enjoyed our meals. I would definitely recommend this place although some items might be more expensive than the lunch items.

Who Song whaaaaa? Still pondering the name. Anyhoo — great destination for sharing good food and drinks. You feel like sipping on various margaritas and stuffing your face with good, but bad for you shareable nachos and/or finger foods? You have found your poison here! Came on a Friday night and the place was lively and oozing with people all over. Turns out peeps were celebrating a HS reunion. So they took over the patio area. Bummers cause it would have been a perfect night to sip margaritas outside. Oh well. We still enjoyed the food and drinks inside. Ordered the asada nachos, mini tacos, hangover fries & bacon wrapped peppers. Everything went well with the margaritas. Perfect spot to hit up before a game or event at the nearby Pond or Angel Stadium. Or just a place to drink and snack! Will be back of I’m in the mood for margaritas. My fave was the mango. Yummm! Try the margarita sample like I did if you can’t decide hehe :) cheers my Unilocalies!

Checked this place out after we saw the many great Unilocal reviews and posted pictures. Parking was a breeze, even though the restaurant was busy. We had no reservations. We then proceeded to walk in and was greeted immediately, and the hostess sat us down within minutes. We preferred the patio, however a group celebrating their high school reunion had swooped on the spot. What we ordered: (rating 1 – 5, 5 been highly recommend) 1) bacon wrapped shrimp with jalapeño –4 2) mini tacos chorizo with shredded cheese –3.5 3) hang over fries — 4 4) nachos with steak — 3.5 Drinks 1) Deer with a beer(loved it!) — 5 2) Spicy Mango Marg — 4,(make sure you have something in your belly, since it’s a bit sour) besides that very good! 3) 22oz modelo draft-4 ******note drinks are light on alcohol****** Overall it was good, I would rate it more of a 3.5 than a 4 star review. Great spot though to enjoy some appetizers, drinks, and to catch the Los Angeles of Anaheim Angels or whatever they are called these days. GOBLUE !!!

We came here recently when we were having a serious craving for chips and salsa. This place was so good. Everything, including the chips and salsa, was delicious. Located in the Stadium Promenade Shopping Center in Orange, Who Song and Larry’s is a fun new addition to the area. Of course we started with the Bottomless Dip and Chips. With a side of their black bean dip and two salsas(one regular and one spicy), this was a great start to our meal. I’m a huge fan of their salsa. While one was just a bit too spicy for me(Yes, I’m a lightweight. Lol!), the other salsa was heavenly. It had a smokiness that was wonderful with those chips. While my husband ordered the Fajitas, I ordered the Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas. His fajitas were loaded with steak, peppers, and onions. Served with a side of sour cream, rice, and black beans, his meal looked healthy and delicious. My enchiladas were wonderful! Full of yummy shrimp, crab, corn, red pepper, and topped with a unique habanero-pesto cream sauce, my meal was addictive. My son thought his soft taco and rice were great as well. The restaurant has a beautiful Spanish décor. There’s a fun bar to the right. There is also a really nice patio here too. Although the service was a bit slow here at first, we found the wait staff to be really friendly. Our meals seemed to come out quickly, which was great because we were so hungry! We really enjoyed the nice, casual atmosphere and really good food. We can’t wait to go back and try some of the other unique items on their menu!
