Second year getting a jumper from here. Love the 4 in 1 combo jumper ! Kids have so much fun in it! Steve is super helpful and very accommodating. Best jumper service in OC. Will definetley be calling them again next year and recommending them to friends and family.

This is the best bouncer rental company in the OC! I’ve tried many vendors but the service, quality and price cannot be beat. Steve is so helpful and will make sure to get you the package you need to make your party perfect! We have ordered bouncers from him for my son’s 2 birthday parties two years in a row. What you will initally notice is their timeliness to get everything out as they quoted… then you will see how clean the jumpers are. They are flawless really. I’ve ordered from some bouncers in the past from other vendors where there was a weird smell or stains and this is not the case with Jump Action as they sanitize their bouncers daily. Now the price cannot be beat. I feel they are the most affordable in terms of price and quality. Don’t go to craigslist and get some gross jumper when you can get an affordable, beautiful jumper for your next event or party with Jump Action. We are loyal customers for life!

These guys are great… Working with Steve everything is very clear as far as the price, the times, set up etc. I was booking while working on the road for a birthday party. Steve kept in contact with me, his guys showed up on time (clean by the way), explained the entire contract, set everything up and were on their way. They clearer explained what time they would be back and were prompt with their arrival for pick up. The packed everything up and were off. The equipment I rental was very reasonable and especially was accommodating considering it was a last minute request. I will use these guys for sure again in the future.

Excellent customer service. Didn’t think I would be able to find a jumper in 2 – 3 days before my son’s party but thank god I stumbled upon JumpAction via Unilocal.Steve was very helpful and all his guys were professional and on time. Will definitely use them again for future parties.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Not only was Steve helpful and informative in helping me decide which jumper to rent but he called to confirm all details the day before the event. On the day of the event, they arrived promptly, were super nice and after set up, got in the jumper to clean it with a towel and cleaner! I felt comfortable and confident through the entire process. This company is above the normal and delivers a great experience!

You just can’t get better service than you get with Jump Action! Steve and his son are fantastic to work with, their bounce houses are always clean, and they deliver and pick up right on time. I’ve rented from them a few times now and can’t recommend them highly enough. A first-​class operation.

I give Steve and his crew 5 stars! The service was easy from the first phone call. The price for a combo jumper plus snow cone machine was a fair deal and my son’s 10^th birthday party was an awesome success thanks to jump action! I highly recommend this company for your next kids party for sure!

What great service… I had called around looking for a bouncer that was on an approved vendor list for the city park we reserved for our company picnic… I got off the phone just shaking my head. I made the call to Steve and I knew this man knew what he was talking about, he knew the electricity amp limit, knew where to put the bounce. Put me down on his calendar that easy… I confirmed our event a week ahead and he called me the day before… Steve made the process easy. They arrived on time and picked it up on time too! Thanks Steve for the last minute set up even though it was just day before the busy 4^th of July weekend and most of the jump houses had been booked. Steve came through with an awesome Hawaiian Luau theme. The jump house was immaculately clean, the air blower was relatively new. It would be nice if someone could invent a muffled, low noise air blower. Other than that it was a perfect addition to our back yard pre-​4^th celebration. By the way, Jake and Joe were very courteous and professional.

Steve and Justin were so helpful! Based off Steve’s suggestion, we requested the 38′ obstacle course and slide for an event serving 100 children ages 5 – 12 to participate in. It did not disappoint. All of the children were so excited to jump and have a good time. The children were happy and I was happy to be able to work with the company that was helpful, on time and very accommodating. I’ve worked with Jump Action for three different events so far, and each time I’ve been very impressed.

We ordered the military jumper along with chairs and tables for my nephews birthday party and they were very nice, reliable, and reasonably priced. Awesome customer service!

I cannot say enough how helpful these guys were. From deciding with bouncer to rent to set up and pick up! I’ve already recommended jump action to a handful of friends and they’ve already used them theirselves.

Just had Jump Action supply us with a sports themed bounce house for our end of the year tball party. It was a great experience again. Easy booking and great set up and clean up.

What can I say — Steve and his son Jake were awesome! I had a fall out with another vendor (Jump-​O-​Ram-​U-​4More$$) for a bounce house. They basically told me to look for another vendor and I am so glad they did. I called Steve and he was fantastic. Courteous and prompt with his response. After the initial talk, he called me as a follow up the day before the event. The day of the event, his son Jake came and set up. Unfortunately the place he set up was not allowed. Without hesitation he moved the jumper to its new recommended location, set it up and off we went. Their jumper was clean and the kids loved it. We scheduled a pick up time and he came back with Steve and they packed up and we were out. No hassle, no problems. Most of all Steve and Jake were gentlemen. They knew the importance of my son’s 1^st Birthday and made sure that the process (since its new to me) was simple. Steve even called our association and got the proper measurements and requirements. I would use them hands down. Even made sure as to get them approved by our Community. They are now one of our approved vendors. — Thank you Steve and Jake!

Steve and his son are fantastic. We decided on Saturday morning to see if we could get a jumper that same day and they were more than accommodating. The prices are fair and the service is great. We will use them again!

THEY DON’T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS PLACE! AND THEY DON’T GET ANY BETTER THAN STEVE, THE OWNER!!! I needed a combination bouncer to keep younger and older kids entertained at my son’s birthday party. I called around to a few. So glad that nobody, except Jump Action, picked up the phone. From the second I was in touch with Steve, I knew this was a great company. Steve was very friendly and helpful on the phone. He helped me choose a bounce house that fit our needs. Jump Action’s prices are completive and fair. They didn’t charge a delivery fee (Most places charge our area $ 20-​$ 30), and they threw in a generator for the price of gas (Most charge $ 40-​$ 60 for a generator.) So Jump Action ended up costing less than other companies. They delivered a few hours before the party, just as scheduled. (Bonus to have our kids entertained so we could set up for the party!) They also picked up just as scheduled.
But the best part was when I got to meet Steve. I hope he doesn’t mind me saying this on Unilocal,but I was so touched and inspired by him. He is completely blind, and he runs this obviously successful business. And he has such a great attitude. He has not allowed his lack of eyesight to affect his VISION!!! It obviously does not get in his way or slow him down. He not only mans the phones and manages his crews and equipment, he also helps with set up and take down at the sites. I could also tell that he surrounds himself with great staff that honor and respect him. So impressed by him. We will never go anywhere else. Love this company!
