First time… stopped making fish tacos. Not smart. Next time, gave order with lactose intolerance… and got cheese on it. Asked for no cheese. Got cheese. Need to understand customer requests. We can go somewhere else for tacos. It’s a pain to look at what we’ve paid for and see that you didn’t make it the way we asked for it.

Worst El Pollo Loco I’ve ever been to. No matter when I’ve gone, they mess up the order by not including things or giving the wrong items. The restaurant itself looks creepy, dirty and often no drink supplies, napkins, etc. Always have to remind them of what the order was. Complained to corporate after one too many times. Will never go back!

This El Pollo Loco is very dirty. I ate there several times and the garbage cans are full and the salsa bar is messy. To make matters worse, the service is terrible and slow. I had to wait up to 20 minutes for my food.
