Panda Express

Much better this time. Great choices and larger portions. Hope they keep up the good work. Rosie is great and friendly. Will be back again.

This was my first time physically going inside this Panda Express to order and dine-​in. I usually get my food through drive thru since my lunch is only half an hour short. The inside is pretty clean. There were still many people in the drive thru and inside lobby for it being 3PM. I usually get the orange chicken and walnut shrimp, but today I wanted to try something different. Luckily, the lady was kind enough to let me sample most of the items on the line. I ended up getting the Teriyaki Chicken and Kung Pao chicken. This location in particular does not offer BBQ Pork or the amazing Egg Plant Tofu that is showcased online. which is why my sister and I decided to come here in the first place. Overall, this place is cleaner and nicer than some other locations that I’ve been to. The staff are friendly, however seemed a bit rushed. This is still my go to place for Chinese food when I’m on lunch from work.

The amount of stars in correct here. If you aren’t the type of person to complain about being SHORTED food you paid for then don’t come here. Young lady either just started or doesn’t know how to count. With honey walnut shrimp it’s 7 pieces per order, so why give me 3 – 4?! Crazy. And I was given 4 – 5 pieces of sweet fire chicken while my gf was given barely enough orange chicken with her abundance of rice.
If you wanna be disappointed, come on by.

4 cars infront of me whole time here and I’ve been in drive thru for 30 minutes. Off that one star

I’ve gone to this one several times and today I was very disappointed. they got my order completely wrong. i ordered honey sesame chicken and they gave me shrimp which I’m allergic too, then two orders of the cheese cream Ragoons and they gave me one order of egg rolls .I spend almost $ 20 on food I barely could eat

Sunday night 11.29.15 at 5pm I ordered double orange chicken, the girl tells me it will be 7 minutes for fresh chicken. I understand that it’s a popular item so I gladly wait. 15 mins go by and still no one has came out with my order, I saw an employee sweeping the front area and she politely helps me. She brings it out after a few more moments thankfully. Get home and I am MISSING part of my order??? This used to be my top drive through place, now it seems as of late they are not as organized nor managed properly.

I was so disappointed to have gone for my first time through the drive thru at this location and when I got back to my office, instead of getting the Broccoli Beef with a side of mixed vegetables that I ordered, I had the orange chicken with white rice! There also seems to be a little problem with a lack of customer service.

Tienen una puerta. Tienen piso. Hay papel de baño a un ladito del escusado. ¿Qué más quieren? Aparte, la comida no está nada mal– mucho mejor que el Mcdonalz, eso sí.
Yo mismamente les recomiendo que se papeén una cookie de chocolate. Eso sí, no se pierdan esa cookie («galleta» para los que no entiendan ínglisshhh), porque en verdad es la delicadeza y especialidad del la casa.

I just experienced the worst customer service ever. I decided to go through the drive through for faster service and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. As soon as it was my turn to pay, the server Mercedes had an attitude about everything. She was rude when I asked her for a cup of water. Also, even though I agreed to wait for my food in the front, before leaving I asked her nicely for some plates and she asked me very rudely, «Do you want them right now?» Then I asked her to add forks too and she asked me the same thing. After waiting a very long time for my food, I decided to walk in to get my food and she had a smirk on her face the whole time. When I brought it up to the manager, she apologized but then I saw her smiling and laughing with the rude server so I took that personal. NOT ONLY AM I NOT RETURNING BUT I’M GOING TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THEIR BAD SERVICE TO BOYCOTT THAT LOCATION ENTIRELY. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
If I had an option, I would not even give it 1 Star!

Worst service, when ordering the cashier had an attitude smurk like hurry up and kept saying to go right .I said no we are eating here. It’s like she wanted us to leave because it was as closing time.

Good quality, and good customer service. Drive thru is a little slow, but I don’t mind it that much.

Wow, very slow and when I sat down to eat my to go meal there was hardly any food in the container. Yet another restaurant that has continued to offer less and raise their prices. Time to find a lunch alternative!

Best Panda express in the area, got served by Bien he did not skimp on the portions like others would and had a good attitude. the place had a good vibe and all the employees seemed to be having a good time.

I love they way this panda greets you when you walk in the door. I came in to get my food and the item was a bit low so they asked if I would like it fresh. It was the best orange chicken I’ve ever had. Just so you know there was enough of the original not so fresh there for me but they asked any way. Very professional and good tasting. Cost wise I wish they had a lunch special for more around $ 5 for a bowl and drink but it is what it is and I guess you pay for what you get in service and quality.

Drive thru is fast & cashiers are friendly! I don’t even ask for sauce because they automatically put some for me!
Only thing, I feel bad for employees, I overheard (I would think the manager) saying «why didn’t you tell me it was no ice? You know how much I hate wasting soda»
It’s not a big deal, but I don’t see why she had to say that the the cashier, you can’t estimate how much a person drinks or wastes. So why would you say you hate wasting soda. Makes no sense to me. Lol
Anyways food was great!

Very disappointed, i asked for chow mein and fried rice. They gave me vegetables and a few noodles, kid you not and my fried rice was mixed with white rice, with 4 pieces of orange chicken for $ 7? Ridiculous! Never again will I come.

I have eaten here a couple of times and this particular Panda outperforms what I am used to from Panda Express, granted there are times they have been low on entrée’s but the quality is there and it is what stood out most for the visits I have made.
The Teriyaki Chicken is an obvious favorite but their Beijing Beef, Mushroom Chicken, and Sweetfire are especially delectable. Their rice is properly cooked, warm, slightly moist, and soft. Their chow mein is also well-​prepared and despite my personal dislike of thinner noodles, the flavor and texture here is great.
Never before has a Panda Express earned my repeat visits, Keep up the good work!

I don’t know why everyone is giving this place poor reviews. The food was prepared correctly, every entrée was being consistently replenished, and the employees were great. My only niche is that they could have put a bit more rice, but I did get hooked up on the entrees.

Anyone ate here on Thursday (1÷8÷15) and having diarrhea and vomit galore the next day? Asking for a friend.
No really tho seriously. My friend bought dinner from this Panda Express for his family and they are having vomit and diarrhea the next morning, every single one of them. The main culprit seems to be the mushroom chicken, cuz I bought a side order of chow mein and it feels like I just avoided the onslaught.
I think it’s best to avoid this place altogether. I know my friend will.

I’ve been twice and very disappointed both time. The portions are extremely small. I ordered two item combo of orange chicken and king pow chicken. There were 7 small pieces of orange chicken. For a meal over $ 7, that’s it?
