Ontario Mills 76

I used Ontario Mills 76 car wash recently. They went from hand wash to machine and the top of my car now has several scratches. I will be returning to see if they will take responsibility to buff out the scratches. I was surprised by this after frequenting this business for several years now. I won’t be back after the damage to my car.

I seriously do not like to leave negative reiviews, especially for a business that I had used regularly for the last couple years.
I used this car wash exclusively, if I did not wash my car myself, because it WAS a hand car wash. Well I had not been in for a couple months and when I went back a week ago I did not realize that they changed their car wash to an automatic! I would have left and went elsewhere if I knew. So I went forward with the wash.
First complaint, the guy drying and cleaning my car calls me over and says it’s done. First thing I see is the enormous amount of dirt that was left on my wheels. I looked at him kind of puzzled because I NEVER had to ask them to redo anything on my car in the past, so I asked if he was going to actually clean my wheels. He said oh sorry and then spent 30 seconds wiping half the dirt of them. I took $ 4 out of the $ 5 tip that I was going to give him and got in my car and left.
Second complaint, the next day I went to put gas in my car, SEVERAL big scratches on the left rear quarter panel. Obviously from the automatic brushes. Needless to say I was pissed off, I called and talked to someone in the car wash DEPT and he said «ya, that happens sometimes» and he said we might be able to fix it. I said no because I don’t want them touching my car again.
I will never use this car wash again and unless you like your car scratched, I would go elsewhere.

The best place to get your car wash. Great place, have everything you need here. Best worker for me would be Riyanto and Ade; they were very helpful to all their customers

I only take my car here. Everyone is very friendly. And they do an amazing job with your vehicle.

Update on my review: I went back a week after my full detail. Pointed out how crappy of a job they did. The guy said they’ll re-​clay wax it at no charge. The outcome was much better. But I did notice their clay wax job is not a clay wax. Which is probably why it came out like crap the first time. They use some sort of machine. No clay bar. All liquid wax and machine. I asked the guy, so your clay wax is not really a clay wax detail? And his response was, «oh this is the new way, it’s better.» So needless to say I disagree. I may still go there for a normal wash, but I’ll never waste my money on a detail here again. A reluctant 3 stars for my updated review, only because I’ve never had any complaints with the normal washes.

Umm well I thought it was a good deal for how fast they washed my car but when I got home and looked under my seat and trash was there and the back seat wasn’t vacuum very good that’s why my car was finished in 15 min. The outside of the car was Perfect but inside the back seat was not. I was feeling bad I didn’t have cash for tip but now I don’t feel bad!

EXCELLENT Carwash!
Just make sure that they use the air and blow off the hard to reach spots. If they dont, you will have drip marks.

I go to this car wash 2 – 3 times in a month during my lunch break. Mostly the service is fast but some hot days you have to wait a bit longer to get your ready. Mostly my experience is good and the workers are trained and really clean each n every spot on the car.
The reason for 4 stars is this location is slightly overpriced and occasionally the service is slow then usual wait time. Overall this place is really good.

I found my carwash spot they always treated there customer with good service and there car wash bay is hightech. Look for Riyanto his the Manager he’s super niced and help you out right away… keep it up Riyanto…

This place is a bit over priced for what is given. Everything that I am use to receiving in the basic car wash, I had to pay for the most expensive package. The day I went in, I was originally going in for the middle package; however, I was in formed by the sales person that if I wanted my dashboard, doors, and center console cleaned I had to buy the top tier package. I agreed, because that is what I expect from a 100% hand carwash place anyways. If I didn’t want that done I would have gone to a gas station drive thru carwash.
I normally go to the carwash place on the other side of Ontario Mills; however, I decided to give this place a chance. I wish I had just gone to the place I always visit.
The end result was a car that was exactly what I was expecting, but at a price that was over what it should have been.

This place is great. I shouldn’t go anywhere else. They take pride in quality customer service and they take care of your vehicle. The prices are extremely reasonable and they always have coupons and seem to honor expired coupons too. Love this place!

Been bringing my cars here for years! Ade, Riyanto, and George are great guys. Always a friendly greeting and taking care of my requests! Even when it’s busy they still have great customer service. Not to mention they are the only place to clean a headliner correctly! I have high line cars so it matters to me how my cars are handled. 750Li BMW, Lincoln Mark LT, Lexus GS350 F Sport, and a 525i BMW. Thanks for taking care of me! Highly recommended and just as good as me doing it myself. Prices are very reasonable and have barely changed in 5 years or more!

This carwash has kept me a satisfied customers for years, until my last 2 visits. It’s a tad out of my way so I only come here when I have time and I when I want the works on my vehicles. Today I ordered the $ 34.95 special which consists of the standard luxury wash as well as a hand wax but to my disappointment the overall job was mediocre. Upon entering my vehicle I noticed my cup holders were not thoroughly cleaned and the dashboard looked smeared. I didn’t bother bringing it to their attention because I wasn’t feeling well so I left but when I arrived to my next destination I opened my trunk and saw the back of my car was filthy. I then did a full inspection of my vehicle and noticed they also missed other areas, including the car handles. I drove back to the carwash and had them rectify the problem. The manager was apologetic and immediately had the car taken care of. I noticed that the same guys that had initially «cleaned» my car were given the task of doing it again. I stayed outside to ensure they didn’t do anything funny to it and fortunately they didn’t. Once they finished cleaning my car, again, I fully inspected it and I was pleased — they did an excellent job!
I don’t know why they’ve been slacking, they’ve always done an outstanding job but at least they rectified the problem immediately, without hesitation. I will return again but upon arriving I will remind the manager of today’s incident, hopefully he’ll warn them in advance :)

I’ve been coming here exclusively for car washes for a few years now. I usually just purchase a package of several washes that are good for one year. They mostly consist of regular washes and a handful of luxury washes. Over the past several months the quality of washes has went downhill. I liked coming here bc they use the blowers to dry inside the crevices and I’ve never had anything go missing out of my car.
It seems now they are not using the blowers as thoroughly because I always get drops of water flying around and on my mirrors when I drive off. Nine times out of ten they forget to put the air freshener. This last time when I brought it to the attendant’s attention he told me I only got a rain check, when in fact I had gotten a luxury wash. He checked my ticket and hurriedly did the inside work plus my tires. My windows have some smears and in general the interior was subpar. After I use the last of my washes I won’t be returning. Time to find a new car wash for me.
Side note: the employees are always very friendly and the inside waiting area is nicely air-​conditioned. The gas station is priced fairly for the area with several pumps available and there is a wide variety of snacks and beverages available inside.

I really like this car wash. My car always come out clean and looking way better than it did when it came in. They are usually fast and speedy. They usually always have good coupons and deals. You’re probably wondering then why only 4 stars and not 5? Well, they don’t go above and beyond.
Don’t get my wrong they are better than most in the area and my car looks good but it’s little things like not wiping or drying the mirrors, not vacuuming the trunk when I ask them to or doing a really bad vacuuming job in general, making sure my rims are super clean and not just the tires get dressing, not cleaning my rear view mirror, not wiping down the inside of my sunroof or sometimes not opening the trunk to wipe down the sides to make sure water doesn’t get all over the back of my car when I leave.
It’s the little things like the ones I listed above that takes this place from a 4 star to a 5 star. If the guys at the end just took a few extra minutes to go over everything, especially the mirrors, instead trying to rush to get as many cars done as they can, this place would be a lot better. I have been on the weekends and durning the week and no matter what I get the same service; there is just always 2 – 3 things not quite done correctly.

Without a doubt the best car wash in the area. Always fast, always thorough, and free wifi while you wait. Get the coupons online before coming in and the price is very reasonable. Just had a complete cleaning inside and out, with a full hand wax job for just $ 32.00 with the coupon. And that was on my Durango, no small car. Definitely worth it.

Not to much of a fan now. I paid $ 23.95 for a wash that comes with this special wax. But wasn’t worth it. Didn’t like how it didn’t work like it was supposed to.
The older lady and older gentleman and a younger girl (looks like there family). Were not polite. They were talking to themselves in there language (nothing wrong with that) but it as loud to the point where they wee talking across the store to each other.
I had to direct the person cleaning my car to fix all the spots that were dirty, from the tire and wheel to the inside of the interior which they missed and I had to have it vacuumed again.
I would honestly go to another location, but hearing good things about this place from other; I thought I would try it. But disappointed.
