I am a regular customer at this place and I’ve never been disappointed. Amazing job every time. I recently purchased a complete detail as a gift to my husband for his car and we were both 100% satisfied with the results. Looked like a new car. The thing I love most is it is 100% hand car wash. No spinning brushes here. Keep it up guys!

Don’t even bother. At the end of the wash, it was going to take more time for me to point out the obvious oversights of the «hand washers», that it would have not been worth it. I’m not even that picky (super laid back) but sheesh! What a disappointment. It wasn’t even busy.

Excellent service at this car wash! They do an outstanding job with their service! Definitely get the clay bar waxing done and your car will look brand new! This is the only place I will bring my car! Thank you for an amazing job done! The staff is extremely helpful! Very professional!

This place is ok. I got $ 3.00 off of my wash and everything seemed fine. But when I left I noticed large streaks running down the side of my car from water that had dried coming from the side mirrors on both the driver and passenger sides. The guy cleaning my car was pleasant enough but didnt dry it well enough so I was left with water streaks all along the doors. Oh, well. Im not sure I will return.

I’m a pretty regular customer and I come during the week when they’re the slowest. The details are very good on exterior. I always get sprinkler water stuck on my car and they’re able to get it all out and make the car look like new. On slow days they can get the car out in under an hour for an exterior detail.
Checking the car in is pretty quick, they usually have a few people doing that. I particular enjoy that there are no rollers or machines washing the car in this location because my car has an antenna at the top that’s been broken before by other car washes.
Interior is a different story. If I tell them exactly what I want they’re usually pretty good about accommodating. I always inspect the car with them before I leave and let them know if something isn’t done right, which they’re pretty okay with. Yeah, this place isn’t very consistent when the get very busy, but for the most part they do a pretty solid job.
I still enjoy coming here because it is very convenient location for me and the staff is very nice especially the lady who rings you out. She’s pretty reliable when you tell her that you’re in a rush and she lets the staff know to speed it up a notch.

Not my usual car wash place but decided to give it a try. I highly doubt I will be coming back. Reasons why 1) outside of my car and under my car was still dirty in some parts. Dead bugs on certain spots. 2) windshield had streaks on both the inside and outside 3) wasn’t properly vacuumed 4) door handles on the inside were still dirty. 4) over sprayed the inside of the car with air freshener so much that I was coughing during my drive home. Don’t get me wrong my car is «clean» but I expect more for the price I payed. I could’ve done this poor of a job at home and saved money. Lol
I was in and out pretty quickly as I went there pretty early and they weren’t busy at all. With that being said I feel as though they could’ve done a way better job.

We’ve been here about 10 times. Everytime they take way too long. I am writing this because I came in today and was talked into getting an exterior detail. Was told to give them an hour so they could do an «extra good job»…2 and a half hours later it’s done. I had to ask 3 times what the eta was and every time it was 30 more minutes. Needless to say they did a decent job other than the dirty cup holders, dust on my dash and didn’t even clean my nav screen, the exterior was done well. They gave me a free wash for next time. I will come for the free wash when I have a spare 2 hours and then will be finding a new car wash.

I have been coming here since I moved to California in 2014, and I love the service I get! They do a great job detailing your car and the prices can’t be beat! The staff are great, I am always satisfied with the work they do, and they are willing to help out with other things like fixing my loose fog light and helping buff out a paint transfer from a previous accident. Definitely recommend!!!

I work nearby. Have been coming here for about 5 years. Always happy with my car. Just recently had my first detail and interior shampooed. I cannot emphasize enough what a great job they did. The gentlemen are polite, the managers are helpful and my car gets cleaned at a reasonably inexpensive price. Yuup.

Been here several times. There’s times I am super thrilled and other times I say that I am never coming back. Overall, the guys bust their butt and the owners seem to run a good business. Remember, we are all human and cannot expect a 100% perfect car washes every time lol. They try and that’s what counts.

Totally a good rip off. Not worth your time evening coming out of your way to get your car washed at this sloppy place.

I tend to say I am a fair person. I located this car wash via a Google search for Hand Washes and it lead me here. My next move was to look up business in Unilocal. To my disappointment there were only 2.5 stars out of about 78 reviews. From here I begin to randomly read about 20 reviews to see the trend and then make a decision if I will go to the place then give it my own review.
The trend:
It’s slow. Well I expect that with a hand wash I will wait Aprox 45 min, I would not expect to be in and out of a hand wash and expect great service.
Inside car not vacuumed well.
Always double check car and if they miss something, you can always have them fix it.
When car was done, you were not notified. Easy fix. Set a timer on your phone. And always go to Cashier and follow up, or keep your eye on your car and you will know they are done when the workers are no longer tending to it.
In conclusion,
I decided to come and so far I’m pleased. Customer Service is Great, not rushed their patient with explaining services and specials. Currently I’m waiting for the results. For $ 25 total car wash with wax, armoral on tires and inside dash, wipe down seats, vacuum and all windows done with air fresher! Not bad!

Do not get the premium car wash deal here. It’s not worth it. I just get the cheapest deal and even that’s not worth it but I don’t want to take my car in those automatic car washers. Here’s the reason to stick to the basic car wash. They used dirty water for the carpet cleaning. The car stank like dirty water and I had to leave doors open to get rid of the dirty musty smell. If you get a wax they will just wax the bugs and hard water stains in under the wax.
Also the waiting room is not a waiting room. It’s a park bench outside and inside is a store selling junk with a small coffee table with 3 chairs. It is very small and nowhere to sit down and they take forever to wash the car.
So you end up loitering around this cheap trinket store, walking in circles, & begging for your car back.

Tried this car wash for the first time.
1. No free WiFi as advertised.
2. Waiting area is pretty cramp.
3. Way too much other services and products advertised.
4. Start to finish was about 30 minutes.
5. Got the $ 19 wash. Got what I paid for. I had lots of water spouts on my car so no amount of washing will get rid of them. Will have to have the car clayed or mild acid wash.

Well, this place isn’t 100 percent hand carwash and still partially automated, but I liked the fact that they don’t use the spinning rack. I just wish that they shouldn’t use automated rail, which it scraped my outer wheel surface at previous car wash place because the service person wasn’t really paying attention. this place is no exception. you must remind the person who drives the car to watch the wheels. the cashier was mid-​aged latina lady who seemed bored to death, and she didn’t really take care of customers other than watching the clock so that she could get outta there at 6pm. associates who worked my car were friendly and they washed my car almost perfectly except they left a few water spots. If you have lowered car, this is not the car wash for you; you will be rejected because of the height of automated rail. I’m satisfied overall except a few things I indicated above.

This place is fairly cheap. I feel that you should still do a good job no matter if it’s cheap. It’s a business for crying out loud. Anyway, the exterior of my car was still kind of dirty. it’s like they didn’t scrub or wipe off some parts. The vacuuming is what I’m most disappointed in. It barely looked like they vacuumed.

I thought paying $ 55 to vacuum out my car, basic wash and shampooing the seats would ensure it got done right. I heard about them from a customer of mine at my restaurant, and during my lunch break I though why not?! imagine all my excitement when I got it back and the floors still had stuff on them, dirt spots still on the doors, bird poop oh the hood, and one very disappointed client. I was so mad at myself for paying $ 55 for a half ass job, and u know its bad when ur left thinking «yea I can do it better myself!» they did, however, do a good job on the seats, and they were extremely friendly, but will I be back, nope. for $ 55 I’ll do it my damn self and do it way better!

I had a coupon attached to my food4less receipt so I decided to try this car wash out. I paid $ 14 and it was a beautiful day out so it was crowded. There’s a starbucks near by so I walked there while I waited I decided to wait at Starbucks for 30mins because I thought that’s how long it would take for my car. I was mistaken it too an hour exactly. Car came out nice but I would recommend if you aren’t in a rush to be anywhere come here but if you are don’t come, because they are short staffed especially on Saturdays. They needed help. I would come back thou just long as I’m not in a hurry.

This place doesn’t pay attention to detail! I had dead Mosquitos on my windshield, head light\grill and decided to get it washed so I wouldn’t do it myself, man was I in for a rude awakening!
I get my car wash, I get home and see that my entire center console is dirty still. My windshield on the inside had strides from the dirty rag the guy used. And the DEAD MOSQUITOS ON MY GRILL/​HEADLIGHTS! Still there!!!
I go home and ended up wiping down the center console myself!!! I call the day after complaining about it and I was very chill.
I go back in and they rewashed it! I GOT HOME AND THE DEAD MOSQUITOS ON MY GRILL/​WINDSHIELD STILL THERE! The dirty marks on the inside of my windshield still there. I watched the guy cleaning my car and the same towel he used to clean the outside, he used to clean the inside! I went home and cleaned it all my damn self!

Basically left the whole inside of my car still dirty! Why pay for a car wash when I can vacuum and clean better myself! Disappointed my husband always washes
Our cars but I decided to take my car in today because of the heat should not have wasted my time or Money!
