don’t go to ochoas they guy at the counter is and ass changes prices when u get to there shop make u wonder if they really do honest work. they place looks getto! don’t go they suck!

este era un buen lugar para todo iba ai les yeve un carro me dijieron que era la transmission no era eso le ise un cambio de aceite y se arreglo el carro esta corriendo ya les abia yevado otro en esos dias me dijieron que era 2 sensor gaste 260 mas 25 por la chekeada no era eso si no la computadora ya no vuelvo a ir para nada

Took my Honda Odyssey to them for a new starter, quoted me a price but it was very fortunate that I had mechanical work insurance, Memo made it very easy to have my work done by him filing all the proper paperwork and talking to the insurance agent to get the work paid for and have my $ 50 deductible paid to them for all work and labor rendered to me, Thanks Memo and the workers there keep up the good work!!!

originally went to another mechanic quoted me 500 $ for the cooler which didnt need to be replaced
that was without the labor included
these mechanics have reasonable pricing
they have also fixed my sons car

If I could give no stars. I would. Took my Tahoe in there for a air conditioning diagnostic. which took all day dropped it off at 830 and was supposedly done around 430.
I called them they didn’t call me. Which I did not like, if my vehicle is done call me let me know. Here you must call 3 to 4 times to make sure your vehicle is done they do not call you!
They told me my ac was running perfect. So I left there ac ran fine for about 20 mins and then blew hot air again. I thought to my self maybe the system needs to run a bit for it to work. The next day I had a concert that I was going to with a group of friends which we were driving my Tahoe out there. It was 102 that day and when we piled in the ac never got cold so we ended up having to take 2 cars instead of my Tahoe which I was very unpleased. I brought my vehicle back in to them and they then told me I need a new compressor. Well I paid for a diagnostic and paid $ 185 for something that wasn’t the problem.
Now they are trying to charge me for compressor when I paid close to $ 200 for something that didn’t even fix my problem. This place is a joke they will try and say they have to do this this and this to see what wrong well guess what that’s why I wanted a diagnostic!
This place is a trail and error place. Its a 50 50 chance they fix your problem for them it doesn’t matter because if you have to bring it back they will just charge more money.
I highly recommend not bringing your vehicle here! Horrible work ethic and business ethic.

This place is poorly ran. I have gone here for repair needs for several years. Having issues with my brakes. Told the mechanic that I believe there is an internal issue with my brakes rather than just the calipers, rotors, and pads. They assured me there was no issue. Said they replaced every component, but I was still having issues and they failed to further inspect. Also, they kept my car for days on end and would not communicate well on the issues or time frame to do the repairs. They take on too many jobs to thoroughly inspect and repair vehicles. I have waited over an hour on several occasions just to have someone take a look at a minor issue.
Upon taking to another shop on mission and central. Within 30min of inspection, the mechanic spotted an issue with the caliper brackets (bent) which would explain why the rotors continued to warp multiple times and he pads wore unevenly.
Upon inspection of the replaced brackets, the mechanic spotted a crack in the steering spindle.
He showed me the issues, which the crack is in plain sight, you can see it as soon as you look behind the caliper and bracket.
I will never trust this place and highly advise that you do not take your vehicle here if you value yours, your family, friends, and others on the road.

These guys REALLY helped me out. John Ochoa is a class act. Not only did they tow my car for free, but repaired a botched fuel pump job (messed up by another mechanic), found out the REAL problem & fixed it right. Even accepted a post dated check for part of the payment. Dedicated to customer service. Kind and smart.

Just saved me about $ 350. Dealership said the entire steering column had to be replaced. Car wouldn’t shift into gear, the column was stuck. Ochoa Bros fixed it for $ 78 by replacing the brake sensor. Cute how the new steering column at the Ford Dealership wouldn’t have fixed it after spending over $ 400.
