Jamba Juice

Only 2 workers to take and make orders for 11 customers waiting. While this is going on, the server goes down. As I’m writing this 2 more customers come in have yet to be greeted. Customer service is everything… I didn’t see that displayed today. (Sunday 2:57pm) Just in case you want to know who was working. Maybe a staff meeting for unexpected situations might be in order.

This Jamba Juice is great. The drinks are always on point with the ratio, ingredients are fresh and delicious. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Worst jamba juice!!! 40 mins wait for a single juice order!!! And only 3 customers!!! 23 march 2016!!!

Well it happened to us… my white husband and me, his black wife, were asked if we were paying separately… instead of «together». after walking into the same place together, standing together, ordering together and not to mention the rings we both are wearing on our left hands. So we went on to tell the manager (after purchasing drinks) that we felt that was a little rude, that he asked if we were paying separately because if we were both the same color this probably wouldn’t be an issue… we did this with hopes that he could correct it in the future. And his reply after clearly being unapologetic and not in agreement about how we felt… «I’m sorry you felt that way, but I think your just being sensitive, so get out my store or I’ll call the police (btw arm raised in the air at the door)». The store manager «Manny» at the 4^th street Jamba Juice in Ontario, CA… we are going to take this all the way up to corporate on Monday. Oh and @jambajuice you have a serious problem on your hands with customer service of management at this store and possibly a race issue… race has never been an issue for us so far in our marriage, but occasionally moments like this remind us how backward some people and establishments still are. #jambajuice #interracialcouple #badcustomerservice

It was enjoyable and clean also the staff was very nice and helpful very quick waited less then 5 mins restrooms we’re clean

Nice friendly staff that delivers what I order correctly every time. Couldn’t really ask for anything else out of a chain juice shop.

My 1^st time here, however so far customer service was great.
I always ask a million questions and the staff was patient and friendly.
My order was great and tasted delicious.
I haven’t checked restrooms on this visit.
Dining area was clean and smelled clean.

Went to this Jamba Juice location at just before 7am (they open at 6 am) for some oatmeal. The cashier looked at me like I was asking for steak and eggs. She reluctantly said it wasn’t ready as she kept looking towards the back.
Someone came out the back and they had a quick argumentative discussion presumably about the status of the oatmeal. Here’s a tip… show up to work on-​time and have the oatmeal ready. Just saying.

Probably the best Jamba Juice. The employees are always so sweet and cheerful, they always get my drink right :)

My 2^nd time here today, Morning staff is amazing! Afternoon staff horrible! Took 5 minutes for the customer ahead of me and to be greeted. Customer service by Anyssa (according to my receipt) was horrible. Her attitude and helpfulness are pathetic. Very disappointed in my afternoon visit and poor customer service I received.

I really love how clean it was in there. I have been going to juice it up all over the area and they are so dirty. This Jamba was very clean, the girl who helped me was very pleasant and even the bathrooms were clean. My drink was also very tasty. I will suggest a hook for my purse in the restroom, no one like to put their purse on the floor especially in the restroom. Thank you for making my drink in a clean environment

This Jamba Juice is awesome! I looked for taste, friendliness, and cleanliness.
Taste: I’ve ordered White Gummy (secret menu item), Caribbean Passion, Aloha Pineapple & Peanut Mood. All of them, so good! And not only about the taste, but they blend it all the way. I’ve experienced some Jamba Juice where I can’t even suck anything up through the straw — just chunks of the fruit & solid smoothie in the cup. And not only that, they fill it up all to the top. (I’ve actually seen some that don’t fill it up so it doesn’t even feel like it’s worth the $ 5-​$ 6)
Friendliness: Always greeted with a smile & always nice. I’ve had times where I have no idea what to order & they’ve been patient & offer great suggestions. I was waiting at the table for my drinks, and they delivered my drinks to me & even labeled all the drinks for me (I made a big order). Thanks guys! :)
Cleanliness: really clean & bright. Even the bathroom is clean! Nothing seems to be dirty or just out of place.
Overall, good place!

This is my go to Jamba Juice because its closest to my house. I’ve never had bad service here and their serve times are always good. Anywho, I am really writing this review for Daniel. He helped me tonight and he’s a sweetheart. Greeted me with a smile answered my questions about some drinks I was curious about and was just all around great. Thanks Jamba for keeping my thirst quenched and thank you Daniel for being the epitome of amazing customer service.

The staff here is great. They are always super bubbly and happy. They have good suggestions. I’m a creature of habit and I always get mango a go go. But then I discovered the mango with coconut water. I think it was a special, not sure if they still have it.

The place was packed with people who were waiting for their smoothies. We stood at the register waiting for ten minutes and no one came to take out order. Then someone else walked in and they took her order right away while we stood at the other register still waiting to have our order taken. I got so fed up that I walked out and went to the Starbucks next door.

I wish I remembered everyone’s name. Well, they are all wonderful.
Jamba Juice is like Starbucks. You go anywhere and can expect the same product. So what makes this place stand out is the service.
My coworker and I are the annoying ones that order fresh juice, the one that takes much more time to make. But everyone has been really helpful and friendly, not to mention they always have been spot on with the quality.

First off, this place is rated A. It is clean and the service is awesome! This is my first time to any Jamba Juice and I can confidently say I will be a repeat customer.
The young man behind the counter was so helpful. You could tell he really liked his job and was knowledgeable on every item on the menu. He even helped guide me to my smoothie choice.
I bought the Peach Mango and wish I would have bought the bigger size.
My husband bought the Peanut Butter Moo’d and it taste like a liquid Snicker’s bar. Two thumbs up!!!

Experiencing bad services makes you realize just how important customer service is. After a wonderful girls weekend in Palm Springs, we stopped at this location. Had we known we’d be greeted with such a sourly attitude, we would have continued the drive home, and just licked the sweat from each others forehead.
We walked into the store, and was immediately told, with the attitude of a person (Kelsey) that would much rather be home painting her nails, that there was a large phone order ahead of us so it would take a while before our order would be made. The women making the smoothies seemed shocked by Kelsey. So when we asked how long the wait would be (before placing an order), the woman making the ordered piped up and said 5 minutes. A five minute wait does not warrant notification, Kelsey!
Miranda rang us up, and she was nice and polite.
A friend ordered a smoothie with the addition of whey. Turns out Miranda, who’s new, didn’t know how to add Whey to the order, so the smoothie was made without whey. When my friend mentioned that she requested whey, Kelsey wanted my friend to take the smoothie as is, sans whey. My friend expressed that she wanted her smoothie as ordered, and Kelsey said fine, we wont charge you for the whey (this is after it was confirmed by Miranda that whey was requested, but she didn’t know how to put it in the system when it was ordered). While we were waiting for the new smoothie to be made, Kelsey must have had a change of heart, because she approached my friend and asked for the $ 0.50 charge for whey (to be clear, there was no issue in having to pay for the whey, it was expected when the order was placed).
Kelsey may very well be the best smoothie maker in the industry, however her customer service skills are resting comfortably in the gutter. Miranda is new and learning the ropes, so we recognize and understand that mistakes will be made; and sometimes mistakes are part of the learning process. However, to learn from Kelsey’s customer service skills would be a mistake without benefit.

This Jamba Juice is consistent and promptly takes my phone orders. I have been coming since 2005 and have yet to be disappointed. This is my go to Jamba spot :)
