After talking to many contractors, I hired WA Windows and Glass to remove HUGE mirrors from my living room and dining room walls. They were the first to correctly assess the difficulty and skill level of this job.
Paul and his son were amazing. These mirrors were extremely dangerous and heavy to remove. Paul demonstrated great skill, care and finesse.

I have suffered two small seldom used bathroom style single hung windows being «unsprung» for a couple years. Finally, called WA Window and glass — our first use. Skyler, a neat, polite young man arrived when the office said he would to survey the need and provide an estimate. Instead he promptly recognized and simply fixed the problem. He did not try to sell me new, unnecessary parts or require a repeat visit to install them. Instead, he correctly re-​hung the windows and with his hands bent one part back to shape to get the job done. Fast, courteous, and at a remarkably low charge. Clearly, this firm instills a commitment to service and integrity in its employs. A rare find. My only regret is that I do not have a larger job right now to employ them on. Richard Faiola, MD. Super job and great customer service! These folks completed replacement of our shattered skylight and did a great job. If cost is a concern, give them a call, I thought it could be more expensive as the glass was large for a skylight. They also repaired the seal and the work was completed in under an hour with them thoroughly cleaning up after themselves.

I was home one night & heard a great big «whack» on the skylight pane in the roof. Upon inspection the next morning it looked like the neighbor’s pine tree had dropped enough cones to cause several ‘dings’ in the glass. I panicked & called a bunch of glass companies, arborists (to come take a look for triming quotes) and my insurance company for them to send over a field rep to see what the damage was.
Justin & Skylar from W W & G Services showed up a little after the arborist & at the same time as the insurance field rep. Justin was the ONLY person who took one look as the marks on the glass & before even going up on the roof told me it was the clear, dry resin from the pine tree & not dings in the glass. Dried up resin seems to refract light just like glass & can really fool someone who does not know.
He & skylar got up there & cleaned the panes for me (free of charge — which was awesome & a bit embarrassing). While they were cleaning I could see the clear glass-​like resin become milky (as it absorbed the water) & then get cleaned right out. WHAT a releif!
While I cannot comment on the workmanship of Justin & Skylar (since no repair work was done), I am highly impressed at their work ethics & their ability to discern things like clear resin on glass from 15 feet away!
Not only did their office person respond to my call right away, she was professional & polite. Justin & Skylar not only showed up on time (the very next morning!), they even lent their ladder to the field rep who was having trouble with his. The work was done in minutes.

Great customer service! I called needing help with my sliding patio door and within 45 minutes someone was at my house helping me assess the problem. Turns out the issue was different than what I thought. Rather than leave me with a stuck patio door, Justin found a way to temporary fix the problem at no cost. When the time comes to fix the bigger problem I will definitely give Washington window and glass a call.

I was very impressed with Justin’s professional handling of both the quote and the installation of the glass in the windows of my condo. The seals had broken and needed replacing plus I was looking for some noise and heat reduction. He had a lot of good information to share and I’m very happy with my choice of glass and the whole process. I’d recommend him every time!

Wow, these guys just blew my mind. One of our glass shower doors shattered all by itself while no one was home (we never knew this was possible). We were lucky to have gotten a bid from Washing Window and Glass Services. Just by looking at it, Justin knew right away the type of glass panel that was needed, which manufacturer made it and where they are located. He also knew that the manufacturer sometimes provides free replacements. This kind of knowledge can only come from years and years of experience in the industry. He contacted them, got us a free replacement and installed it all within a couple of weeks. He only charged us the installation fee. He also replaced some of the hardware free of charge. Compared with the other bid, Justin saved us a bunch of $. We will be using these guys for all of our window and glass service needs from now on.

Excellent experience — really, as good as it gets. I moved into a new home that has double pane aluminum windows. I was concerned about how to maintain them and had questions about the operation of a couple. I also wondered about the savings of switching out to vinyl. Justin came by and there was no «sales pitch.» He looked over the windows, educated me, and answered all my questions. He did not think new windows would be cost effective. I will definitely be calling him when I am down the road and might need repairs or replacement glass, or IF I decide I want to «cough up the dough» for new windows.

I had a need for a doggie door replacement completed as quickly as possible. I called the company that had installed my last door and received terrible service and they were not willing to come out and look at my issue. I spoke with Justin and he came out the same day. He gave me a very reasonable quote and fixed my current lock issue on the spot for free. He was knowledgeable, friendly, timely and cheaper than the other company. He came back and installed the new door timely and even remembered the brochures I had asked him about. I would highly recommend Justin and Washington Window and Glass.

I’ve had Justin do a number of glass repair and replacement projects at my home. He has replaced vinyl windows with broken seals that became foggy, done new and replacement shower enclosures, mirrors, front door glass, and a furniture top for a wood counter. Everything was done professionally, quickly and neatly, at a fair price. I even had Justin come back and replace a cracked window, which he happily did at no cost to me. Justin is a great guy who stands behind his products and wants his customers to be happy.
