We went to switch 3 lines from another carrier. Guys were great, got us switched and saved us about $ 400 a year. Even found a way to get an extra 10% on our bills by opening a credit union account. They spent hours switching over pictures and contacts as well as helping make sure everything was set up to our satisfaction.

The two guys in that store are pretty useless. I first went in to switch my service from my broken blackberry to another. The guy, Nick R, couldn’t figure out how to move my phone numbers to the new blackberry. After a few minutes, I told him I will do it later. He went ahead and tried to move my service but couldn’t figure out why the new phone will not work with my number. The assistant store manager, Alex Z, waddle over to look at it and told me I have to go to another Sprint location to get support on it because they were not technicians. During the whole time, they were talking about sports and girls… not really paying much attention. I left the store wondering why I even went into the store. I got back to work and contacted Sprint through on-line chat. They had me fixed within 10 minutes. When my bill came, they charged me $ 10 extra a month because I moved to a new phone. Sprint put in a policy to add $ 10 for all Smartphone plans. I was never told that once by Nick R, Alex Z, or the on-line chat technician. Sprint never contacted me regarding the new policy. I went back to the store to ask about the fee. Nick R said that it was a Sprint policy and that he can’t do anything about it. When asked why he didn’t say anything about the policy before switching my number, he said he did and that I probably didn’t pay attention. He went to say he always tell customers about that and that it was probably my fault for not listening. I was pretty upset at that point; I started to complain about the service. He just stood there saying, whatever sir, sure, ok, if you say so type of remarks. I asked to speak to a manager; Alex Z came over and said he can’t do anything about it. After arguing a bit about the poor service I received, I told them that I will never use Sprint and will cancel my plan when my contract was over. Nick R’s replied with that Sprint was the cheapest and that I won’t find a better price anywhere else. Why would I keep paying Sprint for the slowest network and the worst customer service? The only reason I went with Sprint was to support my friend that works for Sprint and that it is a local company. I will never make that mistake.
