If I could give this place a negative star I would I have given them many opportunities but it never fails they do not live up to the «freaky fast» by any means ibplace an order today at 11:30 here it is 12:17 and I still have not received my food and when I called all I was told is its on its way… that was 20 min ago for the price I pay I expect decent service or at least freaky fast!

The service was welcoming, friendly, and fast. My sandwich was ready one minute after I ordered. I didn’t notice any skimping on meat or toppings. Also, the dining area was clean, with background music. Not bad.

Always good subs at this location! They are a little slow but always worth the wait.

Avoid this location at all costs. I work very close by and go here about once or twice a week on my break. My sandwich has been made wrong twice in a row. My boyfriend works at a different location and the policy at his location is to deliver a new sandwich if the first one is wrong. So, I called them expecting to have a new sandwich delivered but the manager just said he would put $ 8 on my account. He did not put any credit on my account. I went there the next week, expecting to get $ 8 off of my meal only to find out that I was lied to. I got a sandwich anyway and it was also made incorrectly. I called to complain and was put on hold for 8 minutes because «the manager was busy.» It was not a busy time of day. I hung up and called back immediately and the manager answered. He said he would put credit on my account and implied that it was my fault that the credit did not show up from the previous time they screwed up. I never want to go back to this location which is unfortunate because I absolutely love Jimmy John’s sandwiches when they are made correctly.

Everyone knows Jimmy Johns right? So compared to other locations this one is not-​so freaky fast. Usually I have filled my soda and wait about 5 minutes before my sub is done but the sub quality is awesome so that keeps me coming back.

Great customer service for pick up and delivery. Quality of food is always good. Great location if your looking for something quick for lunch.

Had a very disappointing experience with these guys. The franchise is known for quick delivery, however, this particular location, which is roughly a mile and a half from my house, actually refused to deliver to my house altogether. Again, I live a whopping mile and a half from the store. The explaination that I was given was that I was in the jurisdiction of another JJ’s location and that I should call them.
I didn’t understand what other location could possibly be any closer so that I’d fall into their jurisdiction, but I played along and called the 2^nd restaurant anyway. They also refused to deliver out to my place, even though I told them the 1^st location gave me their number. Ridiculous customer service and it seems they’re really going out of their way to turn away potential customers with whatever sort of policy they’re trying to follow here.
