Discount Tire Store – Olathe, KS

Called twice to get a price two different days on some wheels for my 2013 Porsche 911. The first day I never received a return call the next day they took my name promised to call but never did I have purchased over 5 sets of wheels over the years from Discount Tires in the past but mostly from online sales. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the individual stores.

These guys are amazing. Pricing is great of course, but where they shine is their service during and after the sale. Always treat my wheels and tires carefully (no scratches) and they do everything by the book. Had some ongoing problem with my TPMS sensors and they handled it super professionally and without additional cost. Watching them work they all appear to be enjoying themselves and they get it done quickly, correctly, and professionally. I won’t go anywhere else for tires and wheels. Period.

Worked with Cody over the last couple days and he went out of his way to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. For a chain you wouldn’t expect this level of customer service. Great customer service along with beating the competitors price has earned my business in the future.
Place gets busy at times but that should be expected at any good place. Take your business to Discount Tire. Let them show you why I will keep coming back here.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy new tires, or fix existing ones. We had such great experiences using Discount Tire in California, and I am happy to say this new location is equally wonderful. Bought four new tires today without added sales pressure or sell ups! Our rep Dustin took the time to ask us a lot of questions about what we were looking for and then made a great suggestion, he even helped us take advantage of more than one promotion so we could save money.
Each of the guys here were smiling, polite and shook our hand while looking us in the eye. Upstanding good guys. Couldn’t recommend them any more highly.

OK, so it’s a brand new location so everything is shiny and clean — but this is just superficial. The real highlight is the staff, website, and price… in that order. 1. The staff — professional, articulate, and sincere. Customer care is certainly engrained in their DNA. Special shout out for Zach, you couldn’t possibly have done anything to improve the experience today, thank you. 2. Suggest you use their website to shop tires specific to your vehicle — very easy to use and includes reviews specific to each tire and in many cases specific to the tire and its performance on your make and model car/​truck. You can also reserve your tires and schedule an appointment — recommended. 3. Price — tires are a big purchase and everything that is truly important to you is going to be riding on them — literally. I research, shop, and research some more. In this case a total of 3 months before pulling the trigger. DT prices matched the lowest I could find on the web anywhere — but I learned today (thanks again Zach) that DT will match any price even extended 30 days beyond your purchase! In summary, it was a most refreshing experience from my reserving tires and scheduling my appointment on Monday to my actual install today. YES — very satisfied. YES — I will return. YES — I will recommend to all that will listen.

I’ve always been a fan of Discount Tire and Discount Tire Direct. We didn’t have one in KC until 6 months ago. This store is new, clean, and the staff are excellent.
My new BMW had a nail in it. I took it in, they patch the tire quickly, and they even shine my tires. All this for $ 0… WOW
I dealt with Trey at this location, a solid dude. The rest of them are very nice as well. You can’t go wrong here.
Tire and mount cost here are unbeatable and they will match any price. This would be the only place I will ever get my tires. Thanks Discount Tires for setting up shops in KC.

This is the best place to go for tires!!! I have bought tires from here a few times. Went to NTB recently and bought tires. Got a flat nearby a few weeks later so I went to NTB and they said it would be several hours before they could get to. Called discount tires and they had me me done I 15 minutes. Never again NTB. Discount tires is the only place I will go.

This is the only place you should go for tires I have had so many problems at places. They don’t work on commission, know their stuff, repair a tire for free even if you didn’t get it there. Places all around the country, rotate and balance for free. GREAT place. Wish I would have found it years ago. Would have saved me lots of headaches.

The best customer service I could have asked for. I went in to get a flat tire fixed (a service they offer for free) and found out that I would not only need to replace that tire due to a nail in the side wall, but a second tire also had a nail in the side wall and would need replaced. I was not in a position to purchase two brand new tires (nearly $ 400) and the awesome employee recognized that. He stepped away for a moment and returned to tell me there were two used tires in good condition that would cost me significantly less. In that moment, he was more concerned about my safety than trying to make a sale. To top it off, this was all happening during severe weather with multiple tornado warnings. Thank you Discount Tire for having awesome employees and amazing customer service!
