I am an intuitive bodyworker whose calm, flowing, yet firm massage style incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, & a variety of other techniques. I also include Reiki (a gentle, relaxing form of energy work) upon request, at no additional charge. Depending on the client’s needs, I may incorporate Craniosacral Therapy into the session. Every massage is designed for each client’s unique needs & preferences, whether that may be a purely relaxing massage, a therapeutic session for specific areas of pain or discomfort, or a session that includes energy work as well as massage. If desired, I also include Moss Botanicals aromatherapy with an essential oil blend of the client’s choice.

I believe bodywork is a vital component of self-​care, reminding us of our innate ability to restore balance and harmony, beginning from within. My goal is to provide each client with a calming, peaceful environment & an excellent intuitive treatment that facilitates one’s natural healing processes. My intention is to hold a space where each person feels comfortable surrendering into the gentle yet powerful process of unwinding, reconnecting in the stillness with their own sense of the sacred. I love the work I do, and I honor each client’s personal process of tuning in to the essential self & coming into balance. I believe bodywork is a wonderful tool to not only relieve physical pain and tension, but to help us align with our inner truth – the vision from our highest hearts– as we bring movement to any stagnation we allow space for new energy to come through, or simply create more clarity, presence, & awareness.
