Established in 2004.

I began my professional journey through study, earning a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and Women Studies. I have since woven this interest and experience into the Healing Arts. As well as my private practice, I currently work as a Massage Therapist with The Iguana Inns of Ojai, Vital Therapeutics, Casa Barranca & Ojai Villa Retreat Centers.

Business Owner

I am a Certified Massage Therapist with 10 years of professional experience. I offer a massage that is strong and gentle, deep and yet subtle. I utilize the force of gravity and the flow of energy through my hands, elbows, forearms, and knees.

While my Bodywork style is grounded in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Acupressure, and Reflexology training; my inspiration follows the energetic courses of Reiki, and intuitive pathways of Craniosacral work. I also love implementing Warm Jade Stone Massage, Myofascial release techniques, and the passive stretching of Thai yoga massage.

I will not push past resistance with greater pressure, but instead beckon and invite muscles to relax with energy work and intuitive strategy. The work will go as deeply as your breath and tissues allow as I remain present to the flow of chi throughout your body and the places of tension that are willing to release.
