What an incredible gem in the heart of Ogunquit — the rooms are cozy, immaculate, and nicely decorated. Morning breakfast, afternoon coctails, and friendly people make this visit very special. Another plus is being able to park the car and leave it — this is a small walking community, and in minutes you are in the center of town, the beach, or the Cove. Lots of lively entertainment nightly. I have a food allergy and told Greg, the owner that the only thing that would top off this stay would be something gluten-free — he disappeared for a moment and came back with a gluten-free brownie — gluten-free muffins on Saturdays also. This is definitely«the» place to stay in Ogunquit. I can’t wait to return when i can stay longer.

There are few places that rival the hospitality of the Ogunquit Beach Inn. Greg & Mike run an IMMACULATE, friendly, inviting and relaxing B & B. I can’t say enough about the spacious, clean comfortable rooms. Private & relaxing, yet Greg & Mike are steps away to cheerfully answer any questions and guide you. Breakfast is fabulous with home baked goodies. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The Ogunquit Beach Inn is truly a slice of home in a friendly beach atmosphere. I was always skeptical about bed and breakfast style inns but my views have forever been altered. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and if you have any questions they are answered with a sincere smile. The rooms themselves are extremely clean and quaint. I recommend this inn to everyone I know who is planning a trip to Ogunquit. Also the location is optimal to the point where you can walk to all the best beach areas, restaurants, and bars while still being able to sleep without having to deal with any late night noise.

It’s just like staying at home in this small and cozy inn. Rates are very good. Your hosts are more than gracious and knowledgeable about the town. Great central location too.
