Never have had a problem with this location. BUT they do not have a diaper changing station in neither restroom.

I visited this McAlister’s Deli at around the early lunch hour 11AM, there wasn’t a line at all and the place was clean and fresh from their day of opening. The order was ready in about 10 minutes which seemed a little long for only there being 5 customers eating inside. My club was delicious, like I would expect from any McAlister’s but the fruit tasted more sour than sweet. Overall the lunch went well, food was great, staff was courteous and restaurant was clean. I would revisit this McAlister’s Deli in the future if I am in the area as my nearest one is on 42nd. Also the strawberry lemonade is a must, just easy on the syrup.

Normally McAllister’s has amazing service and food. Today apparently is that exception. I ordered a chef salad to go with oil and vinegar for the dressing. I was give about a tablespoon worth of each for a rather large salad. The chef salad is supposed to have bacon and croutons on it, neither of which I was given. I love McAllister’s but y’all need to get it together.

Ordered a to go order from the app that I scheduled to be picked up in an hour and a half. Went through the drive thru and everything was ready. Super easy, super fast, good food, will be back.

Service is great… shift managers patrol the dining area to make sure everyone is good and happy with the service. I enjoy the menu… wide variety with soup choices also. Lines get long at lunch time… but the crews try to push everyone through as quick as they can.
Calling in your order and having a separate area for parking makes lunch time management a little easier.
I appreciate the service after the sell… thanks for continuing to take care of the customer until they are walking out the door… I will keep coming back.
