History

Established in 1975.

April 1, 1975 Byron (Gene) and Julie Inderrieden, and their two daughters, Lisa and Teresa left from Ohio, moving to California. They brought with them all of their belongings, and a TOW TRUCK. They found the perfect place to start their business, in Oceanside, CA.

That was the beginning of Inderrieden Road Service. Working hard giving the people of Oceanside great service, they began a slow and deliberate growth. A few years later they modified the name to be Inderrieden Towing.

From the beginning Byron believed in learning as much as is possible about his profession. In 1978 he attended his first training seminar, and has continued ever since. He has been working with the California Tow Truck Association and their training classes, setting up at least three classes each year. All of TOWizard’s drivers are trained and certified, and Re-​Certified every 4 years.

On February 6^th 1995 the family business was incorporated as TOWizard Inc.
